I used Toms River Heating and Air for years. They installed two heating and air conditioning systems, one in a new build in 1993, and a replacement system in a house I bought years later. I've had yearly service contracts with them and would never consider any other company. I This week I got an estimate on a small job and it was an insult to my intelligence.

It was way over what the job is worth and they have lost my business forever. At my house Mike said 450 - 500 because he'd have to charge me for a half day labor (the job would probably take about an hour and a half). Parts retail at HD $50.00. Estimate comes for $695. So now they've lost that job (I guess they don't care) and have had to credit me $255 for this year's service contract. They do not value customer loyalty at all. What a disappointment. Don't do business with them if you want honesty and a fair price for quality work.

They were on time and fixed my problem with my air conditioner. The technician was knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem in one visit. I would definitely use them again.

Called today, the Sunday before Labor Day. A woman called me right back. She very clearly stated the emergency rates upfront and said they'd be out within 1-2 hours. Tech Ron came out in exactly one hour and worked very fast to troubleshoot the issue and then swiftly solved it. Very impressed and thankful for his hustle and consideration of the emergency rates. We are now back up and running and can enjoy our Labor Day weekend! Thank you TR Heating and AC and Ron!

I am living in Florida, my parents are in NJ. Their A/C broke and i am not close enough to fix. I am in the A/C field. Saw the good reviews on google and recommended to my parents they call Toms River Heating & Air. They lived up to their reviews. Ron came out quickly, had them up and running in no time. Switched to gas and had to get a new furnace and air condition. Bunch of people recommended TR Heating & Air Condition. They were awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even helped me convert the stove to gas before they left. I recommend them all the time.

Been using this company for years. Always reliable and fast. Came out recently to check if I might need a new Water Heater, the man was honest and gave me a bunch of options to go over. They will always get my business.

I am so glad I made the switch to Toms River Heating and Air years ago, it is so nice to have a human answer the phone and not an answering machine. I had them install a new heating and air conditioning system a few years ago, the installers were great, I now have a service agreement and they come out twice a year to service my equipment. They are always so thorough and polite.
