If cancellation is needed immediately, please call Natalie (Green Bay) or Sherri (Madison). They must be notified a minimum of 48 hours prior to the session (except factory sponsored training - see below). Cancellations with less time than 48 hours notice will be subject to paying full tuition amount.

Do not use this company. They literally are located within 2 miles of my home. They billed me travel time to send a technician from 35 miles away, charging me for 1-1/2 hours of travel time. On top of that, there was a trip charge applied of $40. Additionally, they serviced an air conditioning unit that they installed NEW just over one year ago. I inquired what would cause a brand new a/c to run out of freon and they had no answers. No repair made and they just added freon. Bill amounted to $600. Very disappointing to say the least. Don't use them. Customer service is not good.
