I called this company when I noticed the air in our home seemed particularly dry more than ever. I started coughing and my eyes were often itchy. My colleague at work said I might have a large build up of dust in the air ducts and suggested Madison Heating and Cooling to call for the air duct cleaning. They cleaned out all the vents in the ducts and also suggested to do the sanitizing services in our house for free. Today our air is comfortable all year, Thanks to Madison Heating and Cooling.

From the beginning to the end, I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Making appointment was easy and the representatives at the office were courteous and very nice. Technician called to ensure he is coming on time and was very thorough in explaining the process. He took the pictures and spent time explaining the process and making recommendations.

The whole process took much less than expected also had his assistant doing the work while he spent time talking to me. I had recently bought a house with my dream fireplace and unfortunately it was not in the best condition. I was looking for a quick reliable service not too far and something that was cheaper than others. I had Madison Heating and Cooling's technician come out to inspect the chimney gave me a very accurate quote and was ready to complete the job the same day!

The chimney was properly cleaned, inspected and even the brick work was repainted to ensure the best function of the chimney. Winter is finally around the corner and you can definitely expect my family to use it every night! Great work! Definitely recommend!

I have always consistently received top of the line products and services from Madison Heating and Cooling over many years. Each technicians who have serviced my units has been knowledgeable, courteous and helpful that is very enjoyable to deal with this company. The last service I received was no different. Michael came out to perform preventive maintenance and found out that the main unit had many issues.

He sincerely took time to picture me out the whole storyboard of the option to install and replace a new unit versus repairing which would generate a lot more cost if we push for this option. All information were in details so that I could have a better view on the pros and cons of the options given. We picked the model that we wanted to be installed, and Michael set the installation date.

On the actual installation date, Michael was almost an hour earlier than the set time of installation, and the whole team worked the entire day ensuring everything was exactly right and was neat in appearance. The entire team did an outstanding job and the unit is so quiet I have to look out the window to see if it is running. You can not find a better company for quick, reliable service. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

This is one of the very few outfits I give 5-stars and it is well deserved for honesty, knowledge, cleanliness, professionalism and fair pricing. I have used this company because I had trouble shoot with a heater, which 3 previous companies claimed they fixed and charged me for. Madison Heating and Cooling's technician spent hours trouble shooting, fixed it with the warning that it might not last long.

He did not charge, because he could not guaranty the work and when it failed a few days later, I let him replace the old unit, because he was the only one that did not try to rip me off and he gave me a fair price. The work was completed fast and cleans, after he advised us on the best and most cost effective model.

Sent out three quotes to help me and these guys responded with the quickness. The serviceman that helped fix our AC unit was quick to respond and communicated throughout the process of arriving, potential repairs, and explained what the issue was. They made sure I saw that the unit was working before they left. They were also friendly and professional.

You can tell they took the time and thoroughness to do their work. They in no way rushed the process at all. Overall, strongly recommend and will be happy to hire them again in the future for AC/Heating servicing.

Tech was on time and completed the project to my satisfaction. He checked that everything was working properly before he left. Prices were comparable or less than other contractors I contacted. Would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again.

Made an emergency call after business hours and wasn’t expecting them to pick up. Not only did they answer my call, they were at my door within two hours, ready to fix the problem. Kind of amazing.
