Gary was our technician to fix our water heater. He promptly diagnosed the issue and was able to provide multiple options along with a recommendation. My favorite portion of the visit was his ability to educate me on how the unit functions and options to prevent in the future. We were up and running within a few hours. Highly recommend. Only area of feedback was the arrival window was scheduled for after noon but he arrived a couple of hours early. Fortunately, we were able to adjust schedules to accommodate.

Shawn was our sales person and it was a rare experience that everything he said was exactly what was done. He was excellent and the service crew was unreal. My technician Chris was most excellent. He was polite and punctual and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He gave me an honest recommendation of next steps if one of my issues did not resolve in a few days. While they may not be the cheapest in town, they do provide excellent service and have a loyal customer in me.

I had been a longtime customer of Air Comfort Solutions. They installed my upstairs and downstairs units in 2013, and had done my semiannual maintenance every year. This spring I decided to save a few bucks and had Gordon's Heat and Air come do my AC checkup. They said I had a Freon leak in my coil and pressed hard to get me to buy a $17,000 unit.
They showed up at 9 am and didn't leave until 1pm when I finally said I'd have to sleep on it. Then I called Air Comfort Solutions and actually got to speak with Jason White. He sent Gary out the next day. He was very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Gary found no leak in the coil, but did find a suspicious leak at a loose Freon fill valve.
He repaired it and filled my system with Freon for no charge. Due to the situation, Air Comfort Solutions ate the cost of my 2 pounds of Freon (thank you Jason). I am once again signed up with them for my heat and air maintenance.
