Thank you Edco for taking care of our hot water problem. Edco personnel were professional and informative and were able to have hot water running in our household in a short amount of time. They also repaired my leaking exterior faucets in quick order. We appreciate their prompt response to our needs, their professionalism and experience, and will always make the call to Edco for our plumbing repairs.

The crew at Edco were professional, they did a fantastic job! We finished remodeling our kitchen and the new sink was one drain (the old was two), they installed a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet. They were very responsive and let us know when the guys were on the way. They finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Edco Plumbing made the entire process painless. Great service, good prices, and we will use and recommend their services to friends and family.

Edco Plumbing has been to our house many times for various plumbing issues, we wouldn't trust anyone else! They ALWAYS provide A-1, same day service! The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable, and resolve the issue in a timely manner. We would recommend Edco Plumbing 10 out of 10 times, to anyone having any kind of plumbing problem!

It makes me sad to have to write this review but it is the way of the world these days. My hot water tank went out this past week. I am an older lady who it seems they thought could taken advantage of. They quoted me $2600 for a new tank which shocked the heck out of me. I just do not have that kind of money laying around so I paid them the $85 service charge and told them I would have to figure out where and how I was going to get that kind of money.

I had to send them on their way until I could figure it out. I ended up calling another very honest outfit who was a LOT less expensive and did a great job and will be my go-to plumber going forward. In addition to feeling like I was being taken advantage of by Edco, I also believe this plumbing company did something a little sinister afterwards in retribution to me not hiring them.

I can't say what it is, because I can't prove it - but it is pretty obvious to me. I stand by my belief. Its all ok, Google reviews are where the truth lies. I write both good experiences and bad experiences and give honest reviews. Anyone is welcome to check them out. This company is not one I would recommend for the above reasons.

We called Edco when our heat went out on January 22nd. While we appreciated the quick response and the fact that they came out right away, upon doing research after the repair we realized that we were overcharged by over $200 for a pressure switch. We paid $501 for the part and repair in addition to the $85 service call charge, and we know now we were taken advantage of because it was a very cold day and we have a newborn baby at home.

For these reasons, we didn't have the time to shop around and compare prices. On February 9th, our furnace went out again, so we called Norman Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to come out right away, and the tech confirmed that the part and repair had they done it back in January, would have cost us about $210 less. Edco has lost our future business and any referral business we could have given because of their dishonesty and price gauging. I would advise others to be very cautious about booking this company in an emergency situation.

Tried to put in my valve cartridge in my tub and in the process burst my valve. Called Edco Plumbing and they had someone out in under a hour. His name was Brent. What a savior he was. Brent, Matt, and Ed were so helpful during the Winter storm with fixing several burst pipes at my home. I could not believe how quickly they came to my house for multiple appointments in a two week period. They provided excellent communication and service. They were knowledgeable, considerate, honest, and thorough. I highly recommend them!

I don't post very often, but I need to share my morning; woke up to NO hot water and my first thought was to call Edco Plumbing. I called at 8:40 this morning and within 30 minutes Edco was on the scene. By 11:00 Edco had me a new water heater installed and was out of here! Wow! Interesting to point out here: 1.
