We have their lifetime plan and so this was the summer visit to maintain air conditioner. It's a very convenient plan: I only have to remember to set up appointments, but that's on me. We've worked with Timothy Whitlock several times and he's always polite, punctual and courteous. Very knowledgeable he explains everything he does step by step!

We had the unfortunate luck to have a home with shower heads that can't just be replaced with a turn and we needed a handheld shower head installed for my mother with dementia. At the beginning of the pandemic, I messaged Paschall through Facebook and not only did they respond quickly but they also allowed me to send video and get a general idea for what we needed.

We waited because at the time it wasn't urgent but after my mom broke her leg this February, we knew we could not put it off any longer. I called and got a quick appointment and Matthew showed up on time. He was pleasant and FAST. The job was done and done well, in about 15 minutes AND it came in under estimate. Everything was completed quickly and better than expected.

I thought perhaps we would be left with a small hole or something but it looks better than the original shower head did in its place. I highly recommend and would use them again, hopefully with Matthew doing the job.

I had a broken pipe relating to my sprinkler system. When I called, I was able to get a service technician assigned to survey my issue very quickly. He reviewed the problem and was able to repair it in a timely manner. He was on time, professional, friendly and was able to easily complete the repair. Paschall was prompt and courteous in getting our broken pipe addressed. The team was not predatory, like many other plumbing companies seem to be these days, wanting to charge overtime or same day charges. Plus the company referred us to a water damage restoration company and allowed us to get back into our home in a day versus what would or could have take weeks. I would highly recommend this company and specifically would like to call out the technician Matt, who was patient and courteous and incredibly thorough in the on-site work.

Davey Bell, one of the Paschall HVAC repairman, took our call late in the evening and came out within the hour to check our heating system that had suddenly stopped working. Even at that late hour, he was courteous and professional and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He identified the part he promised to look for first thing the next day and indeed called as promised with a price for the needed work once he had located the part.

He installed it quickly as his first of the day appointments, and the heater immediately began working correctly. There was not an additional after-hours charge for the late night visit and the very reasonable cost of that diagnostic visit was deducted from the ultimate repair bill. Davey's professional demeanor was matched by his skill and his friendly, kind interaction. I highly recommend Paschal's services and will absolutely be calling them for all our future repair or replacement needs.

Bill Shores provided us with prompt, polite and extremely efficient service. He discussed our problems in detail with us, informing us of probable causes as well as a variety of solutions based on his wealth of experience, and worked so efficiently that the Invoice came in under the Estimate. You never know who's going to show up when contacting a service contractor, but we could not have been provided better service. I highly recommend Paschall Plumbing, and request Bill Shores if you can.

Mat from Paschal's Plumbing was very friendly, professional and knows quality work. My hot water tank started leaking and he replaced it. The new one is high quality and very nice. I called and got right through to a very helpful receptionist who scheduled me for the next day. I was without hot water for less than a day. Thank you, you guys are awesome!

I am new to the area and was getting quotes from plumbers for my water heater removal and installation. Bill responded promptly with a quality quote. They did an awesome job on both repairing my water main, on a rainy New Year's Day, including digging the hole to reach the main. They also, on that same day connected a gas pipe to my oven because the original installers brought the wrong pipe fitting kit. The Paschall Plumber had the right one with him, and installed it, and took the old oven out.

On a different day they replaced our water heater, and it's better than the last installation done by the same screwballs that couldn't do the oven right, that Paschall had to redo. Paschall is the best.

Furnace at a rental went out. I Called Paschal because I could not get ahold of my regular HVAC repairman. Upon arriving Paschal repairman (DB) told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced. It was going to cost $1175. Wow. I asked him how much the actual blower cost. He said they don't give price breakdowns. I thanked him and told him to leave everything alone.

I paid the $129 diagnostic fee. When my regular HVAC repairman called, he told me that that estimate was ridiculous. The blower for that model costs $120 plus $150 in labor. The next day my HVAC guy came out and installed a new blower for 270.

Angie was not appropriate. She was unbelievably rude to her paying customer. She shouldn't talk to anyone, ever! Tim was amazing and did what he needed to do; Tim should get a job somewhere else. Angie blames the customer and is condescending about price. Maybe she needs another job--not taking to people? I'm scared I am going to break again! Don't get your furnace here.

I thought people in the company were rude and not helpful after business was completed. I felt like an after thought. I would not recommend the company for that. Maybe I was asking too much for certain things. A friend of mine asked me who I would recommend to fix their plumbing problem and I told them not to use this company so they would not have the same experience as I did.

The paschall plumbing company has deleted my review. that's the only reason for the stars they have. beware! terrible. they do not give an invoice when requested, so you know you are getting ripped off. what company does not give an invoice out? pretty weird. angie won't return calls or emails. don't use paschall plumbing! use anyone else in reno response from the owner 4 days ago great customer service! look how they speak to their customers below. hello, according to our records, we sent you your invoice (again not an invoice, invoice shows prices) over eight times, including one through physical mail. we confirmed your email multiple times with you to make sure it got to you. we are sorry that our invoices are not to your satisfaction, but calling us a "rip off company" because you do not like our invoices is unacceptable. (if a customer request something, you should try to help them out) you also had failed to mention that we had sent you multiple invoices since january when your original appointment was done (attached is your so call invoice as you can see, i never saw this or signed it), and you had refused to pay. (i never refused to pay, i requested an legit invoice with what was done at my house and what i paid for.) make sure you leave the full story if you are going to try and make us look bad.

Was in need of a plumbing and heating company to fix things on an inspection report. Mathew Teats and Davey Bell were outstanding technicians. They were friendly, professional and Quick at doing an outstanding job. I also want to say that I don't know the owners however they seem To train ALL their staff from the person who answers the phone to the techs that come out. Thank you for outstanding service

They do not guarantee their work. They came to fix the clog sink and next day it was the same way. I called them next day, they said they do not guarantee the clog fixing. My question is then what do pluming company guarantee?

Got a quote for a water heater replacement. They want about $3800-$4200 for a gas tank type heater (Bradford White - 75 gal). Installation is simple - garage location in spot that has pre-existing tank already plumbed and wired. This is an outrageous price. People - the only way these guys get away with charging this amount is if we keep agreeing to overpay them. We are not going to do business with them - we found someone else that was both reputable and professional that cost much less.

Let me start by saying Paschall Plumbing is awesome.in case you only read the first sentence to get a feel for the review! Plumbing issues are usually unexpected and something that needs to be taken care of asap. We had some issues with roots blocking our line, after a total of four visits from another company, the problem remained and simply did not go away.

We needed a company that had a camera to inspect the line properly. I used Yelp of course to help my search and called about and decided on Pascall Plumbing, they were pleasant and were able to come almost right away. Matt came with the camera to inspect the line and very quickly and efficiently completed that task. He has many many years of experience, knew how the sewer lines ran in this neighborhood and was able to give us a quote to fix this problem.

They were back in two days and completed the job in one day. When they left, very little trace anything had happened, the only indentation was caused from the large machine and only because the lawn was rain soaked. Excellent job all around, they came with all the proper equipment and most importantly the expertise and knowledge to do the job. We will only use Paschall Plumbing company in the future and highly recommend them with no hesitation at all!

These guys are AWESOME! Matt came out today to stop a leaky toilet and Davey came out today to start up my swamp cooler! Both Matt and Davey are amazing, letting me know what needs to be done before they started and also informing me of what parts were needed and such during the repair and start up. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and their techs, and trust me when I say I have dealt with A LOT of plumbing/HVAC companies in the Reno-Sparks area and these guys are clearly the BEST! Paschall Plumbing recently installed a new hot water heater at our residence. We had another bid in the same price range with another company who told us it wasn't necessary to get a permit. Paschall Plumbing's quote of the new water heater included the permit which they set up with the City of Reno. We felt more comfortable getting a permit knowing the water heater was to code. To top it off, they were able to schedule that install the same day! We highly recommend Paschall Plumbing!

I have had Paschall Plumbing & heating for over 20 years. I bought their lifetime warranty. Great honest company. The guys are great, they explain things in laymens terms. We are having them put in a swamp cooler next spring.

On a late Friday afternoon my wife detected a small amount of water on the kitchen floor by the refrigerator. We called another company that we had done business with over the years and was told they couldn't get to us until Monday. In the meantime the water was starting to seep under the neighboring hardwood floors. We remembered Paschall and gave them a call and explained the emergency.

In less than a half hour Matt arrived and disconnected the water line to the refrigerator, ordered a new part, and had it installed in a week. Imagine the damage that would had been done if we had to wait until Monday.

Tim arrived on time and had a new motherboard diagnosed and installed within a couple of hours. Knowledgeable young man wearing a mask. Would definitely recommend this company.

A huge thank you to Tim! AC went out this past Friday evening when it was 95 degrees and he was here in 15 minutes! Tim was awesome in assessing the issues and finding a temporary fix to get the AC back up and running again until the office opened again on Monday. Tim researched the problem and was back on Monday to confirm and ensure that the AC repairs were aligned with the issue. Thank you Tim and Paschall!

Shout out to Tim Whitlock! Professional, courteous, honest and transparent. I will definitely use Paschall again and request Tim if I have a need for help with my air conditioning or heating system.

Our master shower wouldn't turn all the way off so water was leaking bad from the showerhead. A friend of mine recommended Paschall. I was worried because it was a Sunday and I was pretty sure it was going to cost a lot for them to come out on a weekend. I called them, Matt returned my call, and came out at around 8pm that night. Unfortunately, he needed a part from a plumbing supply store to fix it and of course they aren't open on Sunday's. Matt called me Monday morning, he got the part he needed, and came by and fixed it. Matt was amazing! Incredibly friendly, as was Angie in the office. I was completely surprised at how reasonably priced they are as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

During this time of social distancing we could not have been happier with Chad from Paschall Plumbing. In and out in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday. He kept us "in the loop" on his arrival time even when another emergency delayed him. He was courteous and knowledgeable in a way that put us at ease. Thank you for coming to our rescue.

My water heater was leaking so, after doing some research, I called Paschall and spoke with a very amiable fellow named Bruce who told me he would have someone out to assess and estimate the job. Within half an hour Matt arrived (also a very likeable chap). He assessed the issue and started to work right away! Within about three hours (this included going back to the shop to obtain the correct water heater) we had hot water once again that is all up to the latest code!

I am quite pleased with the service I received from both Bruce and Matt and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. Their prompt, courteous, and professional service definitely puts them a cut above the competition. Give them a shot next time you have a plumbing issue. They're not the cheapest in town, but They DO NOT cut any corners. Everything is on spec and on time. Once again, thank you Bruce and Matt!

I've had to use Paschall plumbing for a few problems the last couple of months. We have been lucking enough to work with Chad. He is very professional and personable. He is always very accommodating, he shows up on time and gets the job done right the first time. When I have any plumbing issues Chad will be the one I call.

We had an emergency late on a Friday afternoon when our kitchen faucet broke causing water to come spilling out onto the floor. I found Paschall plumbing online and called. I spoke with Bruce and immediately, he sent out Chad. What a great response. Within an hour Chad had located and explained the problem, found a replacement faucet that could be installed the next day.

The next morning Chad was here, installed the new faucet and cleared all the packaging from the parts and was gone. The place was as if nothing had ever happened. While the tech who came out to look at our water heater to see if it need to be drained was nice and prompt--got charged 129$ just for him to say that it should not be drained. Nothing was done. My husband was told by the dispatcher when he made the appt that it was going to cost 129$ for everything including the process of draining it. When he called to ask about this, the story changed and that it was a fee of 129$ just to come out and do a "diagnostic" and that draining the water heater would likely have additional costs.

Business practices seem a little shady and manipulative, and fees are NOT made clear by the dispatcher--and so when you sign the paperwork you are not made aware of the very tiny print that says you are obligated to pay the diagnostic fee, even if nothing is done. Very shady practices!

They are fast and helpful! But if you don't have an emergency situation, call around and get a few quotes.
