Ken, Tom, Andy, (John and Eric, I did not personally meet with, but their contribution to the installation added to quality of the job) were among the most courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service professionals I have had working in/on my home in years. They removed my old AC units and installed new AC/Heat Split Units throughout my home. On time each day, cleaned and picked up area they worked in each day, answered all my questions and concerns. Went over units with me before leaving and if I have any additional questions said to call the office anytime. Would recommend the Company and their family of employees to anyone

CR Wolfs team from the office staff, Dave from sales, and CJ, Jake and Vincent from the install team are truly top self people. All our concerns, questions and input were met with the utmost care. These people went above and beyond during all aspects of the installation. The way they went about the whole process was as if they were doing the work on their own house.
We had an oil boiler and ductless heating and Air conditioning systems installed. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring CR Wolf for all my heating and air conditioning needs. Thank You all for the flawlessly job!

We have been using CR Wolfe for many years for both our commercial and residential properties. Because of our past experiences with them, it was an easy decision to make when we had to replace or residential Air Conditioning and Heating System. We did not even bother to speak to other companies because their service has alway been excellent and reliable and their pricing fair.
We were not disappointed with the crew that they assigned to us for the 1 week installation. The technicians were knowledgeable, diligent and on time. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. They were courteous, kept us informed and most importantly did an excellent job. We are very happy with our decision and look forward to continuing our long term relationship with the company. CR Wolfe is a really good company and the team they assigned to us were a pleasure to work with.

CR Wolfe has been an outstanding company to work with. My wife and I hired them to install Mitsubishi mini splits in our home. Our initial contact was with Ken D in sales. Ken was very professional and informative. He came to our home to determine what would best meet our needs. He said he would have an estimate by the end of the day, and he did. Ken provided us with two options, answered all our questions and allowed us to decide what we felt was best for us.
It was refreshing to deal with someone who followed through with what they said. After ordering the materials, Carl, the field Foreman with the install team, contacted us to setup a date for install. The date was 4 weeks out (our choice, could have been sooner) Carl reached out the day before to confirm the date and inform us when they would arrive and who would be installing the system.
The day of the installation, Ken, Carl and the 2 install mechanics, Andy A, and Tom F. all arrived at the scheduled time to review the installation and confirm the plans. During the 3 days, Andy and Tom did a fantastic job with all aspects of the installation. They were always on-time, polite and professional. Their workmanship was outstanding. During the installation, if there was any question of placement that would change the aesthetics of our home, they would consult us before proceeding.
They took the time to clean up each room as they completed the installation. At the end of job, they took the time to review the operation of the new system and answer all our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with CR Wolfe and would highly recommend them.

Used CR Wolfe approx 14 years ago to install new heating and central AC. They are the most reliable and professional contractors that I've used. Always on time, always stand behind their work. I have a service contract with them so they come 2xs a tear for maintenance. This morning I woke up to a cold house. called their # before 7a. they were here before 10a. Anthony couldn't have been nicer.
He had to leave to get a new circuit board for my furnace and he was back, completed the work and had my house warm before 1:15p. Anthony explained everything and showed a lot of concern for our lack of heat and truly worked quickly to get our system repaired.

The gentlemen who did the maintenance were on time, very thorough in all they did and checked to make sure all my questions were addressed. I had another company come to service my furnace as I had no heat.he moved the heat limit switch.which you are not supposed to per manufacturer guidelines. I didn't feel good about this so I called CR WOLFE.they came out and after a series of tests, it showed I have a bad heat exchanger and a carbon monoxide leak! I needed a new furnace and within less than a week, they had one installed and it definitely works amazing!
The men that came to install were professional, explained and answered all of my questions and didn't leave until they showed me how to operate the new thermostat and showed me how to shut things down in case of an emergency! As much as I hate having to do anything with that kind of stuff, I am completely comfortable doing what I need should an emergency arise! Thank you Joe and Andre! So happy that I made the call.who knows.if I didn't, I may not be here to put this review up!
