The technician, Gary, was awesome as usual. He is always on time. He is always careful not to leave behind any mess. He is very efficient. He always takes good care of our heating and A/C equipment. Awesome company! They installed a full heating and cooling system on a flip house for me very professional hard working men! Just had my ac not working at my personal home called them up and they came right out same day got the problem fixed the gentleman that came out was amazing showed me how to maintain the ac unit got everything working again! Completely awesome! AC drain pipe broke & leaking water into garage ceiling. They sent Gary to repair quickly, about 2 hours. Repaired pipe + found another fix needed in outside unit. No charge due to our warranty & annual service prepay contract! We have done business with C&E-Proair for many years. Very responsive, trustworthy company. Highly recommend.

The circuit board on my furnace went out. Pro fair staff member worked diligently to ensure warranty information was correct with vendor (somehow it had been listed under my previous address by different vendor). Had the part within days and sent out a technician ASAP to install. I am very grateful to the folks who worked on this! Extremely professional and very quick to respond. Thank you ProAir!

We need an emergency replacement for a leaking boiler. ProAir's representative and workmen have been patient and clear in this worrisome situation. They came out on a Sunday, tested everything they could, explained how to get through the immediate issue, and reviewed in a very professional manner what the new system would involve. It's a professional business one can trust.
A follow up after all the work is done. This is a good, thorough, straightforward company. Garry and his crew did a careful, thorough job removing the old boiler and installing up-to-date, safe equipment. Our house feels much more comfortable and secure. Thank you.

Called Pro-Air early Sunday morning for a heating issue. The technician promptly called back and was on site within an hour. Got the issue resolved and then took initiative to go through furnace to check everything out. Very friendly customer service and knowledgeable. Even though it was a Sunday at a premium rate, cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend

Gary was able to arrive much earlier than expected and was able to get my new thermostat installed, boiler cleaned and new part needed replaced. He was super and his good work and professional made me very happy to have gotten him to service my boiler. I hope C & E know what a great asset he is to your company. I will use your company in the future especially if Gary's the one who picks up my service request.
