Masters Brothers, Inc. was opened in 2006 by brothers Rick and Nathan Masters. Jeremy Masters came on as an owner in 2009. After growing up in the industry, they decided to form their own organization centered on their commitment to valuing their customers' time and money. We are fully insured and bonded, and members of NATE, the Better Business Bureau, the McLean County Chamber of Commerce, and the Bloomington-Normal Homebuilders Association - and are proud of our affiliations with American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning, Generac Generators, and ClimateMaster Geothermal equipment lines.
Just after moving into our new house, I heard the American Standard furnace making a loud noise. The vibrations were so bad it was shaking the floor above. When I popped off the door of the furnace, I was surprised to see that water was standing in the bottom. I don't know much about furnaces, but I am pretty sure they shouldn't have water inside.
Masters Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning division handles HVAC installation on new and existing homes, as well as service and repair for existing systems. Master Brothers put in a new HVAC for us and we finally have the right size units for our house. Before putting in the new units they cleaned our ducts. In true Illinois fashion we have used both the heat and the A/C in April and they have both been great! Thanks Master Bros! Masters Bros provided us with a competitive quote the same day they came to look at our AC unit. The install was quick and professional. They are prompt with service calls and have wonderful employees. Kris Walker is an amazing asset to your company. He is friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Update to my review. Furnace issues this time : We had our furnace go out today. Kristopher was able to come our within a couple of hours of our call. He got in and figured out what the problem was, went and got the part and had our furnace up and running very quickly. Very great service at extremely reasonable pricing. Absolutely recommend! Air-conditioning recently went out The evening before Father's Day.
We call master brothers and Jeff was able to come out within 45 minutes and fix our air conditioner as well as detect a gas leak that we had. This was very fortunate as we do not know what it happened if we didn't realize we had a gas leak. Jeff was able to get our air conditioner up and running in no time. Great service very professional as well as not extremely expensive even for an emergency, even though it was an emergency Call. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend Master Brothers to anyone who needs great service As well as not being taken to the cleaners on price.

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the moment they completely finished cleaning out our ducts, everything was better than anticipated. Heidi was very helpful when I called, answering questions that I had. Jeff was our technician and he worked his butt off. He was polite, and didn't seem to mind when we would ask about things, and again, worked extremely hard to get the job done.
When all was said and done, the ducts were near spotless, and cleaned up like no one was ever even there. I would highly recommend using Master Brothers! From start to finish, they were outstanding!

I'm incredibly pleased with my service from Masters Brothers. They were able to schedule a quick visit on relatively short notice, and my technician, Todd, was very professional and able to accomplish everything I needed in a short amount of time. I have been a customer of Masters Brothers for many years.three homes to be exact. They are professional, thorough, price competitive and quality work. I also leveraged their duct cleaning in my latest home. Amazed at the cleaning result. Tim, Kris, Jeff, Todd, etc.all do a great job! Yesterday, my humidifier was not working. Kris came over and quickly determined the problem and walked me through it and the solution. He installed the new part and ensured I received my service contract discounts. All resolved in an hour or so. Excellent!

These guys have always been great to work with! Our kids were having problems with bloody noses at night from the dry winter air. We call Masters Brothers about a whole house humidifier. They came out explained our options and price differences and had it installed the same day. Now several weeks later no bloody noses! Good people and helpful service at a fair price.
