We did a complete HVAC replacement via Costco / Gold Medal and it was a very good experience. The sales consultant Matthew Hoppe was very knowledgeable and spent time going through all the options. He answered all of my queries and had some good suggestions based on my requirements. The installation crew Dong, Stanley, Pablo, and Cesar did a superb job in installing the system.

They went through all the options, verified the location of A/C units before installing, were very detail-oriented, and answered all of my questions. They cleaned up the area nicely and tested the system fully with me. Very professional crew.

We have an older home and had a leak in our main sewer line. The crew from Gold Medal Services, Jake and Kelvin, were great. They were professional, polite and courteous. They were careful in their work and were respectful of our home and property. They explained what they were doing did exactly what was expected. The project was completed in one day, and we are very satisfied with the work that was done and our sewer line problems have been resolved. We would highly recommend Jake and Kelvin and Gold Medal Services.

Pleasantly surprised to get a same-day appointment on a Sat. Communication was great. Flavio was very knowledgeable and happy to explain my system in technical detail, and go above and beyond to answer all my questions make sure I understood my system while debugging. I think generally these guys are pricier than some local competitors, but they seem to have good warranty's and there are coupons on the site. At this time, it's about $115 for someone to come out ($89 + $20 trip charge + tax), they did let me use a $10 coupon from the website.

Gold Medal installed a new furnace, A/C and water heater in 2018. Install completed in 1 day, crew was very professional, satisfied with work. Did have to call back to have opening in exterior wall for compressor line caulked shut, but not a big deal. A/C unit not operating normally at start of 2022 cooling season. Odd for top of the line equipment after only 3 years. Called on Monday to schedule a service appointment.

While on hold listing to messages about same day service appointments and 10 year warranty on equipment, started to feel better about the problem. First available service was Thursday, so much for same day service. Was OK since weather was cooling off. Then get a call Wednesday night my service was rescheduled to Saturday. Told my problem was not an emergency.

Not happy. Technician comes Saturday, very professional, wore a mask and foot protection when in the house. Said the problem was the cooling limit on the thermostat was set to 75 degrees. Once he set to 69 degrees, the compressor started working normally and produced cold air. I told the technician the A/C functioned properly for 3 cooling seasons set at 75 degrees, was skeptical this was the issue.

Within hours, the system stopped functioning correctly again - compressor not activating, no cold air. Called again for another appointment, need to wait another 3 days. Angry and frustrated now. Hope this turns out better than my current expectations. Second technician came on Tuesday, quickly diagnosed the thermostat was set to run the fan continuously. Easy fix, we're not used to the new thermostat, but Mike showed me how to use it. Not sure how the first technician missed that.

Purchased a new HVAC system in November and have had nothing but problems with the AC system. Pay for their "membership" and the 24/7 service seems to not exist when I call. I turn on my system during the heat wave and it's just blowing air turns out My BRAND NEW AC had ZERO refrigerant in it.and had to wait 3 days for a technician to show up! Told me they were "booked up" and a manager would call me.manager never called me and seemed to never be around when I called back to express the concerns.

After the tech finally showed up, spent 5 hours fixing the system. Two days later the ENTIRE system shut off. called gold medal for them to tell me again they were booked and no one could come again. in the end seemed to have lots of issues from the start that are now coming to life. BEYOND frustrating how a new system has had so many issues for such a reputable company.

My whole experience was great. William Conlon, our technician, originally spotted some potential major issues with our system during a usual annual service and recommended we speak to someone about our options for the future. Our salesperson, Jason McCue, was knowledgeable about everything and was able to get us a reasonable price for replacing our central air unit and a new furnace. Jason is very personable and attentive to our specific needs in our home.

I never felt pressured to say yes nor did it feel like he was steering me in a certain direction. He simply laid out all of the information, the pluses and minuses of each, and let me make my own informed decision. Mike and Manny, our installers, were accommodating and extremely thorough with everything. Everyone we spoke to would not move on to the next topic until all of my questions were answered.

I can't stress enough how seriously this company takes their 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may pay a bit more than other people in the industry but I promise you it is worth it because of the peace of mind their service provides. Based on seeing how many corners were cut with my previous system I feel confident that my new system is set for a very long time. Also, they have a 10 year warranty on their work, which adds even another layer of confidence that they have behind the service they provide. I would have left this review on their website as well but the link appeared to be malfunctioning today.

I needed a prompt, reliable plumber! Gold Medal truly delivered! They sent Anthony Haskoor to my home to turn on my outdoor plumbing, for the Spring season. He was a true professional! Since reliability is a big factor, in my selection of service companies, he explained how a service contract worked. I was very impressed with how articulate and polite he was. I would definitely use them again! We just bought this house in September and had trouble locating the main kitchen line that was backed up, Micheal and his guy were excellent. They were here for about 3 to 4 hours working and looking for the issue all while giving great tips and advice along the way. We called a service on Monday andthey couldn't find the issue. But Golds and found and fixed the problem!

Anthony, Technician and The other gentleman, were amazing. Very respectful, understanding of my home and family. The guy that came the next day to do the camera in my drain actually told me a little info that I didn't know about my home. They do their research and is extremely helpful. Will definitely be working with Gold medal again very soon.

I scheduled a general Heating tune-up and then a service call since tune up did not resolve my heating issue. Alexis and Andrei were assigned to my case. They were both extremely knowledgeable and patient. They listed to my issues and diagnosed the cause to perfection. I had a faulty pressure switch which had to be replaced, but during a temporary setting, it started working.

When Alexis came the next day to replace it, he saw the switch working and did not force me into replacing it. He tried to diagnose to confirm if there could be another issue which is causing the problem. Upon fixing my original switch back into the furnace, it stopped working, which confirmed the switch was faulty and was working just by luck. The switch was replaced and my heating issue is gone now.

Best thing is that I have a peace of mind where I see my switch stopped working when fixed into the machine, which gave me the peace of mind that I was not spending money in replacing a part which is not faulty. A big that you to Alexis and Andrei for the amazing work done. I am so impressed by the work that I ended up buying a 3 yr membership - since I know I am in good hands.
