Told me it was a consumers issue, I didn't think it was. Got consumers out anyway and they confirmed it wasn't their issue. Called them back and they said they'd get back to me 3 times and never have. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

After being told I would receive a call back in at most 30 minutes, I called back repeatedly only to be hung up on or put on hold. It's insane to me that they are still in business.

Sims electric recently installed a new furnace for my dad. The tech that came and priced it out was polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of his questions and gave him the options that were available to him. On the day of installation all went as planned. Couldn't have been happier! Thanks for the great service.

I just called Simms to have someone come out to take a look at my father's furnace. The lady on the phone was very rude and kept interrupting me to say how old his furnace was, and that they don't like to touch the furnace if it's over so many years old. I really wanted to get some more information and see what the options were for my father, but could not get past the rudeness, and so I decided to not deal with them.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Update: Owner states we were told it was not safe in a previous visit, but this is not true. The service man stated the furnace was old, but it was a good furnace, and that my father needed to continue the maintenance and change the filter. Regardless of that, there was still no excuse for the rudeness I encountered from this business. Also, the lack of professionalism is shown in the way this owner responded to my review.

We recently had Sims Electric install a new furnace in our home. Mark came right out and serviced our existing one when it shut down and helped us choose a new model that fit our needs. It was a great choice! Installers Greg and Ridge were courteous and conscientious and did a beautiful job. Beth and Olivia in the office were very helpful and kind. Needed some breakers changed out and Scott came right out and took care of that. You couldn't choose a more friendly and reputable business. Many thanks to all of you! It is much appreciated!

Sims installed my furnace and air conditioner several years ago. I do get the yearly contract to tune up both. They always do a great job and never have had any issues.

About three years ago we had Sim's Electric come and change our fuse box to a breaker box in our garage. About a year later we started losing partial power in the garage every time we had a heavy rain. Sim's Electric initially promised (on numerous occasions) to return and address the problem, but never showed. We were eventually told that they were too booked/busy to respond anytime soon. We have used Sim's in the past and were very satisfied, but no longer.

They were fantastic. My furnace died during the coldest week we have had in months. Sims Electric was able to come out quickly for a diagnostic test and to inform me that I needed a new furnace. They installed a new one the next day. The entire crew was professional and courteous. I had one small issue with the thermostat that was installed and they sent someone right back out to correct it.

The level of customer service I received from the installers (Mark and Justin) to the office (Beth) was above and beyond. They really know how to take care of their customers. Based on my experience - I highly recommend Sims.

This company never returned any of my phone messages or emails when I contacted them in hopes of hiring them for an electrical job. I recommend choosing a company with better customer service, or at least the decency to respond to paying customers.

The scheduler didn't do a good job scheduling the guys because the job was a all day and they rush though it. I have been calling to get them back here to fix the ceiling fan light kit Because as they told me it's the brain of the fan so it doesn't work (when we opened the box to the fan light kit was broken had to go back to lowes to replace it when I got back the guys were gone but before I left he show me how to install the kit it didn't work I'm a female) they did a great job on my others stuff but they were in a rush so I'm waiting for the scheduler to call me (it's been two weeks today I just call again and I'm waiting on Michelle)

I have had Sims Electric out twice to install new functionality at my home. Both times they showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and charged me a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to any of my friends and family.
