The history of Climate Solutions Inc. spans nearly 8 decades, three generations, and a multitude of successful projects throughout central New York State, Northern Pennsylvania and the Carolinas. However it did not begin with the name Climate Solutions. In 1937, G. Manning Drake founded the Drake Coal Company.
Starting with our Master Technicians, which have a minimum of 10 years of commercial / Industrial HVAC experience, we require at least 5 years of experience for all of our Technicians. Even if an Apprentice Technician has 5 years under his belt, he must pass rigorous exams to earn Service Technician status with Climate Solutions, Inc.
Climate Solutions, Inc. is ready and waiting to refurbish and rebuild your commercial refrigeration equipment for a fraction of the cost of purchasing new cooler or freezer units. We specifically tailor to national retail chain stores and repair thousands of refrigeration units per year. Our massive 30-dock facility located in Cornelius, NC is ideally suited for repair and refurbishing refrigerated merchandisers. I used Climate Solutions for exactly what their name says - a solution for my household climate. My daughter has severe allergies. Mine are pretty bad, but not as bad as her allergies. Her allergist suggested looking into our air quality at home. Using a company recommend by Climate Solutions, I had the indoor air quality checked. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great, either. Based on the findings, we had Climate Solutions install a super high quality air filtration system inside our HVAC system.
The system included a UV light, charcoal filters, and a heavy-duty air filter. They said it was the same systems installed in hospital laboratories. That was almost eight weeks ago and I can already tell a difference in her breathing (and mine, as well). This filtration system was the best investment we've made. In addition, the techs from Climate Solutions found a duct/vent that wasn't installed and hooked up properly by the builders EIGHT YEARS AGO.
We've been heating and cooling our attic inadvertently for 8 years because of an oversight of the builders of our house. They fixed that for no charge. The techs that performed the work were curious and polite, clean, and presented a positive company image. They were in my home for 2 days completing the work. I'm pleased with the work, the price, and the outcome.

These guys came out to my house and checked my furnace that another company said needed to be replaced. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it. Its been 3 years and its still fine! The other company was a big outfit with a TV commercial here in Charlotte and they tried to rip me off! Now I only trust Climate Solutions to work on my cooling and heating.
