Brown Service

We received exceptional service. I will definitely call them if I need any future HVAC service. I called them late Monday they were here by Tuesday before noon. Texas heat is no joke and considering the minimal time it took them to make the service call I can't complain. They said they couldn't get someone out till the following day and I completely understood, I'm sure their phones are rigging off the wall!

They were prompt and reliable. Texas went from 80 to 105 over night and we have been over 100 for days now. These AC people are working hard and I appreciate their tireless service!

Jimmy and Jordan came out to service our AC unit and perform AC system maintenance as per our yearly service agreement. They did such a great job, even helping us with some plumbing advice (this is our first house so we'll take all the advice we can get). We ended up needing a new capacitor which was heavily discounted thanks to the yearly service agreement we purchased from Brown Service. Thanks so much you guys!

We have used Brown Service Company for seasonal maintenance of our heating and AC system. The experience has always been a pleasant one. The office staff is friendly and helpful in finding us an appointment (oftentimes the same day) for service. Most recently, Zach came out to service our heater. He was courteous, professional, on time, and completed the work quickly.

He was very respectful of our house and our pets and provided great service. It's such a relief to find a service company you can trust, and we definitely trust and will continue to rely on Brown Service for our heating and AC needs. Highly recommended.

This company have been ard for long time, but They shouldn't try to ripe ppl off Jimmy an older guy that comes out for service calls works on commissions so every time I call for service They send him out & he always tries to give me prices that are outrages. Saying he's been doing this for over 50 yrs Well if you're doing it for that long Than shouldn't try to ripe ppl off just to get more commissions out of it than help fix the problem My unit is only 4 ton tried to sell me 5 ton & charges me more fre-on that what I need Thought I could trust them for my home & business But never again will I call them to come out Will take my business elsewhere

We bought our system from Brown Service Co about 3 years ago. Since then they have provided Spring and Fall tuneups and this has been done well. Cleaning the condenser coils plus other critical inspections has kept our system operating at peak efficiency. Very happy with the service and product fro Brown

Billed 283.81 for $20 part that took $15 mins to install. A/C had a bad pole contractor and wasn't getting power. With service call of $99.00 it cost me almost $400. I was originally relieved to know what was wrong was only a $20 part until I got the bill. Then they tried to get me to sign up for a maintenance plan and told me if I had it then the $20 part and install would of cost me $300. What a joke of a company.

They are honest and don't try to sell you what you don't need. I've been using them for years and I'm totally happy every time they come out. Fast and reliable.

Great company to do business with! Came out an hour after I called and fixed the problem the same day. Although a minor problem the price still seemed very reasonable. Jack answered any questions we had and never suggested us to replace more than what we needed. Definitely a company I can trust and wouldn't hesitate to call back if needed. Thank you!

These guys are pretty great! I needed a condenser fan for my outside AC unit and these guys pulled through. Not only did they have the part I needed, Shane drew a diagram to show me where all the wires went. Then I had an unexpected wire harness connected to the bad motor and Shane gave me terrific help over the phone a couple of times! I'm very pleased with the service I received from them.

The price for the motor was about double from an online source ($166 vs 80), but the service was so good; I have no regrets. No fault to them, but careful when using GPS to get there.some of them are way off.
