Hawk has taken care of my house for over 25 years. I tried a different plumber once and had a bad experience so went back and have never disappointed. I wouldn't use anyone else. Have been using Hawk Plumbing Health & Air conditioning and plumbing since 1991. Have always been pleased with their personnel and the services provided. Most recently bi-annual service on my AC system. Always efficient, courteous, clean, and tolerates the little dog that has seen him so many times over the years. Thank you.

Critical: Quality Did a hydrostatic test on my house, said I needed a leak locate. Got a second company to come out and do one. Turns out the faucet they tested it at was the leak somehow. Don't know if they were trying to get more money out of me or if they just didn't know either way I'm glad I got a second company to come out.

We called Hawk because my father in law has been using their services for years. Our downstairs unit wasn't cooling and the upstairs unit wasn't working at all. They were able to come out same day and make all the repairs on both units at a reasonable price. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Hawk! We have already referred them to friends and family.

Hawk is always easy to contact and returns my phone calls quickly. They track the repairs to my home and try to send a technician who has worked on the system and can ascertain the problem faster, knowing any past history possible. I appreciate that they value my time and every person I have been in contact with is excellent in their area.

When my pipes burst during the 2/2020 winter storm, they were the first to respond and help and then quoted the job competitively for repairs. My husband and I had a great experience with Hawk Plumbing Heater A/C Inc! Michael and Devin were exceptional! They were very knowledgeable and professional on how they resolved our leak! We had a very hard to find underground water leak that was undetectable from the surface. They systematically shut down different areas of our property to find the exact location of the leak. We are so thankful for their diligence and integrity! They were really nice and very considerate of our property and pets! We would definitely recommend them!

During the most recent heat wave the air conditioner stopped working at my house while I work out of state with my parents living there. After reading the reviews on Hawk Plumbing I called and spoke with the office manager and explained I live out of state, my elderly parents reside there, and have been complaining about how hot it was getting inside.

I was extremely pleased to hear they prioritize calls for the elderly and she thought they could be there within 2 hours. As fate would have it they showed up early. Amazing! The technician spoke with me over the phone and explained what the problem was and asked if I had any filters there so he could install them. I have an older unit so they had to be ordered but he said he'd come back to install them if needed.

My parents loved him as he was really nice and didn't try to upsell them or be pushy. When I called to schedule the appointment I was given a $30 coupon. The next day I received a call from the manager explaining the discount was not applied and that they'd be mailing us a check for it. I thanked them for their honesty as I would've never known it wasn't applied.
