Evan arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and right away he made me feel like a friend. We used to use four seasons until they started going back on promises and not delivering as they were supposed to. Evan from Johansen and Anderson did a very thorough job cleaning and checking our AC system and I would be happy to recommend them. They have always kept their word to us and delivered on anything we've needed and everyone is very friendly.

They were on time, professional, and considerate. The lead tech explained what they were going to do, gave me an idea of the time involved, and when possible, gave me options (mostly cosmetic). The price was less than expected and when finished, the landscape looked untouched, except for the bare space left by the old Rheem. The York AC was a perfect fit for our York furnace.no extra space required

They came out less than 48 hours after calling during an unusually hot wave in early May. I did not ask for emergency service. The service tech quickly located a small leak at the back of the A-coil. It will be replaced in the near future and I am anticipating a good quality repair based upon this first encounter. Service: A/C system repair

I have been a Johansen & Anderson customer for many, many years. At my recent Fall preventive maintenance visit Technician Zach did an EXCEPTIONAL job! My Aprilaire humidifier was not performing as expected and through Zach's knowledge and expertise he has increased the humidity to the correct level. He also removed certain baffles that were in place since Johansen & Anderson installed the system.

As a result my furnace is very quiet now. At all times Zach was professional and courteous and really took an interest in resolving any issues I had with my HVAC performance. He didn't just complete a "checklist" of possible problems, but sought out answers to how my system could run at an optimum level. I really appreciate the interest he took in my concerns. I will continue to rely on Johansen & Anderson for all my HVAC services.

Needed them because i needed a gas leak to be closed off. they advertise a 24 hour service. called around 9pm yesterday and the representative said she will have someone call back soon - no one ever called. my family of 5 went an entire winter's night without heat in my house. 40 degrees in my house. i was hoping to wake up from a phone call from them bc maybe they were busy. no one ever called. extremely unprofessional. would not recommend if you're in a dire situation like i was.

So far just a phone call, to make an appointment. Will update after furnace is serviced. BTW, lady I spoke with for scheduling, very pleasant and professional!

We called this company for an emergency when the company we usually call was unavailable due to illness. They were here in 15 minutes, and had the furnace up an running. A part was needed, that had to be ordered. They returned with the part the following day, and completed the job. We were very satisfied, and based on our experience would certainly recommend them.

Terrible company They were hired to fix a tiny leak, the house was heating fine with its boiler system, when they left, the heat was inoperable and water was leaking everywhere. They are extremely incompetent. Customer service nonexistent

Called on a Sat. Because furnace would not stay on. Had to keep manually lighting it. Person on phone said it's not that cold out, wait til Monday! Won't call this place again.

We've had them install an AC unit, space heater for garage and a boiler (residential). They've been nothing but courteous and helpful. I had to call them twice on service for the boiler and they didn't charge me for the second service call. They're not cheap but they are efficient. Hottest day of the year and they're here fixing my AC in the attic! Wouldn't hesitate in calling them for service or new installation.
