The Center for Disease Control CDC now urges us to wear cloth face masks when out in public. This is because MERV-13 filter material is rated to capture anything in the air down to 0.3 - 1.0 micron in size.

Todd came out originally to quote us on a new AC/Furnace after we had some issues with our AC. Another company came out to do a repair and said we needed a new system. We got a quote from the other company and decided to get a few quotes before choosing. Todd was on time and took at look at everything and right away knew what the problem was with our AC.
He took the time to clean the unit and explained everything he was doing. He gave us a few options but ultimately said we didn't need a new system yet-saving us thousands of dollars! He was honest, professional, and so friendly. Would definitely recommend Todd and Rousculps to anyone and plan on using them again when necessary.

We called about 3 PM on Thursday, and they were able to fit us into their Friday schedule. Both Jeff and his co-worker, Ross, were very helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to repair our broken furnace until a new one can be installed next week. So very grateful to have had such a positive experience! We were having some issues with our furnace, pilot kept turning off. So glad I found them on Google maps, called this morning and they made space to come check it out today. Todd came and fixed the issue in a heart beat. Was kind enough to show us how our humidifier works and how to properly change out the waterpanel as well. I called for a repair at 3:45 pm on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Rousculps was at my house and identified the problem by 415 pm the same day! They provide a quote to replacing my 31 year old furnace. They came back on Fridays morning to preform the job! Quick, quality, professional and reasonably price!
