Amazing Air Inc. was awesome! Our AC unit stopped working and someone showed up the same day to give us a quote for a new one. It was installed within a week. They were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them! Service: Install AC

Good service. But I am not sure about the prices. It seems to be very steep. Capacitor that cost in the range of $70 -$120, got charged for $499. Dispatch fee of $179. I thought the dispatch fee would get included into the repair or installation if such thing happens. But no. No clear cut about warranty. if the capacitor fails, I would have to pay for dispatch fee in the event I have to call them for the capacitor that they just got it replaced. I may have to call someone else with less fees and prices. The lady who schedule the call did not give me any details just because I did not ask.

Technician arrived 30 minutes early. Started time clock when he pulled into the driveway and we were not there. Furnace still had dust in it after he left. Called the office to confirm what a cleaning entailed. Was rudely responded by a gentleman in the office and promptly hung up on stating it's done stati I had used them for several years in a previous home. Never had an issue. However after this I will not use them again and recommend nobody else uses them.ng I got what I paid for by using a coupon.

We have used Amazing for years for servicing our HVAC system. During our inspection before we turned on the furnace, they found two cracks. It needed to be replaced. Charlie arrived on time this morning and was finished within an hour. Since this was the first time looking at these units, he looked things over and noticed something "interesting" about the way it was setup years ago. Ultimately decided it was working, so didn't make any changes. I will be happy to have him back in the house next time.

I first reached out to Amazing Air for an AC Maintenance call that was fixed on a 22 Year Old unit. They (Ace) arrived on the same day! It went out again for the last time. Being recently unemployed my heart just sank and the stress quickly moved on in. I called Amazing Air, spoke to Lynne and shared with her my situation. I qualified for LiHeap which qualified me for the Weatherization Program thru Community Contacts Inc Lynne shared with me.

I was in total Disbelief. Lynne contacted Megan at CCI and in less than 2 weeks the installers Mike and Byron from Amazing Air installed my New AC, Furnace, Hot Water Heater and Thermostat. Both were so professional, knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing and "most of all" patient with my many questions. They were here for 1.5 days during installation and I actually miss our conversations.

From the moment I spoke with Lynn, I knew we were in good hands with Amazing. She was quick to get us set up with an appointment and was personable and professional in every way. Ace was sent out to assess the problem with our furnace and it was determined that we would need a new system (which was no surprise, given the age of our existing unit). Doug steered us in the right direction for a system to fit our needs and Mike did the excellent installation.

Amazing is highly recommended to anyone in need of HVAC services. I have been a customer for many years, but this New Years they were AMAZING. My furnace quit New Years Eve. Charlie came shortly, but did not have the part he needed. He called me New Years morning and asked when he could come over to' fix the furnace. I did not expect this kind of service on the Holiday.

My wife and I just purchased our first home, and the very first thing we needed to do inside was replace a 25-year-old furnace. Having worked with Amazing in the past, my parents referred us and had plenty of good things to say about their own experiences. With the old furnace, I had to take apart the body and reach up inside to change the air filter, but when they came to install the new one, they rebuilt the sheet metal above the furnace free of charge so that we would be able to just pull the filter right out from the side.

They went above and beyond in every possible way, even going out of their way to better seal some of the duct work so that our home would be less dusty. Our installer, Mike, was so incredibly helpful, and our experience with this company was far better than expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be working with them again in the future!
