I got a central air unit installed with existing duct work. From booking to install, clean and straight forward. Trish in the office got me squared away with a finance option. Even though the monthly interest thru Optimus is 20%, there's no penalty for early pay off. The technicians (Clavin and Wyatt) were professional and quiet with the install. They did a stellar job.
Left the jobsite with it looking cleaner than when they arrived. I got 5 estimates before acting on this one and am happy I chose advantage. Headsup - they do book a few months out.

After four bids on installation of ductless heating and cooling, I decided on Advantage because they were not only the lowest bid but also were so professional and seemed to really understand how, where and why it would be installed in the different areas of my home. They did an amazing job and kept me updated throughout. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Jeff has been providing AC and Furnace service to us going back about 2 decades (although sometime skipping years when times were tight). Today Jeff came to our house to do an inspection on our A/C unit that was not working properly. He arrived on time and brought all the necessary tools. He was very knowledgable and polite. He spent over 2 hours to do every single check on the A/C system to make sure the unit will run fine. He even shared some tips. My wife and kids are so happy we have our A/C up and running.
We really appreciate Jeff's work and strongly recommend Advantage for any Heating and ccoling services. Every year we renew the HVAC maintenance agreement with them. It is very cost effective. Advantage takes care of you 100%.

We had a recent install of furnace and ac. We thought everyone we dealt with from office to sales to technicians were super professional and patient. They answered all of our questions and made us not feel silly for asking them. Wyatt and crew showed tremendous patience when it seemed like there were challenges in the installation process. I even noted at the time I would have not shown that much grace in the situation.
In my opinion, the mark of a great business is standing behind their service and advantage did just that when there were issues that were beyond their control. They went above to make it right. They definitely earned customer loyalty through their actions.

I had called to ask for a quote. They said they would have to come by and see the job. I told them it was a 30 minute job at the most. They said their minimum was $600. I have no issues paying for a professional and their knowledge. But $600 is a joke. I would move on to the next place if I were you.

I just had the Advantage team install a new gas furnace and AC unit. Furnace was an attic replacement, and the AC was an outdoor unit. From start to finish, estimate to install, was great! A two day job. The guys were, professional, friendly, and answered any questions I had. Thanks guys for your hard work! BTW.I had 4 estimates. So glad I picked your company!

In the 16 years we have had our home, Advantage has provided several services calls. They have done a great job at resolving the any problems. Jeff is particularly knowledgeable and able troubleshoot various situations and get things running. Advantage is always very responsive and provides great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I gave it one extra star for this company because I thought the installation was great. What I am giving a low rating is the customer service. I just got off the phone to get a "preventative maintenance" scheduled on my AC unit that I had them install. $170 for this to get set up, the person on the phone was extremely rude! I am not familiar with having AC units installed and I feel like they are there to nickel and dime the customers for this to get scheduled. I will try and go to another company to get a better quote to get this scheduled just because of the poor customer service.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Everyone I spoke to from the office staff to the technicians were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) and the process was painless. They prepped the area, did the install and cleaned up after. They provided me a brief demo of the new equipment and were on their way. I'd recommend Advantage to anyone that that needs HVAC work done.

We had a new heat pump installed and every employee from the phone scheduler to the installers were great to work with. We received 3 quotes and within a week of choosing which option, it was installed. Very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and why and lessons in how to use new equipment! Everyone I spoke with from Advantage was very friendly and professional. They were able to adjust my appointment and they still showed up right on time. Jeff was able to narrow down my issue to a specific wire and correct it. he also explained what he was doing at each step, which I appreciate since I have a basic grasp on our HVAC system and like understanding what went wrong.
I appreciate Advantage service at every level and will contact them again when in need of HVAC repair. I should also note that I previously used another big Vancouver company (whom I won't name, but it starts with an "E") and they missed a fairly large issue which I personally was able to diagnose and correct (fan on system never turned off, needed a new relay switch which you could see easily when looking at the old one), so I have seen both experienced professionals who know their job (Jeff) and the other guys who could not figure out an issue that even I found later with my limited experience. Thanks Advantage!

This is an awful company that is rude and very stupid people work there. Jeff the technician had no idea what he was doing and told us they wouldn't work on it because it was old, he just wanted to sell us a new gas furnace. He did nothing but offend my husband and charged $114! Please go to any company other than Advantage Heating and Oil!

I can't say enough good things about Advantage! We called expecting to book an appointment a week out and were able to get an appointment the next day. Time frame was between 3p - 5p and they came at 4pm. Jeff was friendly and ready to get to work. Within a hour, our problem was solved (horrible clicking sound) and he showed my husband how to clean some filters to keep our furnance running efficiently! I will definitely be calling Advantage again!

I'm posting this for my mom because she's not on Yelp. "On January 3rd, my 50 year old oil furnace died. I called five or six repair companies and they all had long waiting lists for service. The staff at Advantage Heating and Cooling showed so much compassion that I got on their waiting list for January 11th. Before the day of and on the day of my appointment, I received calls confirming it.
I was told the name of the technician who would be coming and given a window of time to expect him. I also got calls updating me on his status when he ran into complications with repairs earlier that day. I appreciated this very much because nobody wants to be stuck watching the clock and wondering what's going on. I had been getting by with three space heaters and when Jeff arrived at 3pm, he was a welcome sight.
He was very professional yet personable. He explained all the steps he would be taking to inspect and repair my furnace. Two hours later, wonderful heat was pouring through the vents. Jeff discussed with me the possibility of changing from oil to natural gas or electric. When I make that decision, I will definitely contact Advantage Heating and Cooling."

Super friendly technicians. Jeff came to my house tonight because my system wasn't operating correctly. He took the time to trouble shoot my system, teach me how to do some trouble shooting on my own and educate me on how the system works. He even caught mistake by my Security System when they installed my thermostat. This catch saved me what could potentially could've been a very pricey fix if it had gone on unchecked. I highly recommend them.

These people are very good at what they do and their prices are reasonable. No HVAC job is going to be cheap, if you do it the proper way. But the Advantage team are true professionals and my experience has been that they're worth every penny. From Pam, who called ahead of time to let me know when to expect their tech, to Chris who did a cleaning to Jeff who fixed a problem that three other companies couldn't diagnose, I was very satisfied with their service. And friendly, too!

I seriously would not trust anyone else when it comes to my heating system. I have used Advantage heating and cooling for the last 3 years. I initially got other quotes but Advantage was the most reasonable, friendly, professional and honest company by far! There is a lady that did a bad review on Advantage that is in my opinion completely absurd!
