Never dealt with them but they need to let their drivers know they need to drive SAFELY. I had a driver on my tail while I was doing the speed limit down Route 585 today and it was wet and rainy. Then the driver passed me going uphill over a solid yellow line. I am not looking to get anyone fired. Just let them know they could cause a nasty accident with that behavior.

Thomas came out and diagnosed our problem with our boiler system and found the problem, in some wiring. We were prepared for a high bill, but the honesty and professionalism shown by Thomas and Echols heating was heart felt and thankful. I would and will recommend Thomas and Echols heating to anyone! Hi Everyone, We have been doing business with Echols for approximately 40 years and have always enjoyed the "family member" relationship that the company establishes with their customers. I just had an unusual problem with my furnace that left me without heat, and because of a severe accident I am now disabled and can't just stay with friends or at a hotel until the problem is repaired. Echols came over and made the repairs quickly and efficiently and helped me to put my home back in order!

I called Echols to clean and service my furnace, I was getting an error code that usually means a dirty flame sensor. It's an older unit I'm not familiar enough with it but I can easily clean the flame sensor in 10min. But I saw the blower fan was a mess and I have horrible allergies so hey I'll let someone else do it. None the less, the guy came out the day before thanksgiving 5days before scheduled because he was in the area so I stopped what I was doing and ran home to get it done.

He hem hawed around it and didn't clean it (blower fan and housing)which I thought would be part of the service call. My dad had them out to do the same thing not long ago and they obviously didn't clean it then because it has a ton of built up dust in it. So I called them today mind you I paid almost $180 already for a service call, and they tell me that it will cost me about another $180 to clean the blower.

Plus I'd have to wait a few weeks. I instead called a local place forquer and they can be out first thing in the morning and can do it for half that I was about to do it myself because I can, but to me it's worth it. I'm never going to call Echols again and I will be buying another furnace within a few years but not from them! The tech was a nice guy but I did not get what I wanted done and definitely feel was overcharged for 20min of him staring at it and rubbing the flame sensor with some scotch brite!

My Air went out out 930 PM and it was 87 in my house. I'm older thought I was going to die. I was so impressed because they called me back in 10mins which it says 30 MINS. Talked to a guy name Joe he said he was close to me and he was here in 15mins! ( he was)Fix the problem within 30 mins. Service charge for reasonable for night. VERY NICE COMPAMY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I have been dealing with these guys for over 10 years now. I had them install a completely new duck system in my old home to bring it up to date. I figured that would be best with our new addition. The new furnace and A/C were installed buy them too. They did a wounderful job. Kept our home clean while they completed everything. Always cleaned up at the end of the day.

And they have been servicing our furnace and A/C twice a year. They offer a special for that. It's nice, they come out and get us ready for winter and check over the furnace. Then come spring they do the same with our A/C system. They are the only company I'll work with because of how they have treated us over the years.
