I did not follow through with this company to purchase my new ac unit system but the sales rep that was working with me was super professional, outstanding, and took care of me as if he was family. I can certainly say their commitment to the customer is legit and their prices and estimates were not astronomical compared to the competition. 10/10 if I didn't have a better offer come through from a family friend I would of went through with this company. Scott Hearing was amazing!

Everything from start to finish was pleasant and professional. There were 3 rounds, a service person to check things out and to make a recommendation, a sales person to confirm and go over pricing options, and then a 2 person installation crew. All were very nice and respectful of our home. They confirmed and kept their appointment times. I would definitely recommend this company.

Disclaimer: This review was written only a day after installation was completed. The Custom Air team was extremely helpful, friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable as well. Scott was our sales rep and he did a comprehensive review of our current air conditioning and heater system before recommending how to move forward. He did a great job at explaining our options and getting us additional information when asked.
On installation day, without having to ask, the install team (Eli & Ryan) used shoe covers and drop cloths in the work areas inside the home. They introduced themselves and explained the process before starting and tested everything at the end. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

He set the tone for the company in going the extra mile. Chad and his team were excellent in the initial investigation of our current heating/cooling situation. Been using these guys for years. They replaced our outside unit a few years ago and were great. Called them again today because of a thermostat issue. They had a technician named Tim here inside an hour. He was terrific, professional and very thorough. Everyone I've ever dealt with from Custom Air has been super nice and helpful. Highly recommend! And get their yearly maintenance plan- it's worth it.

I called Custom Air and they were able to send someone out the same day to fix my furnace. I had a very positive experience working with Custom Air. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional. The technician that came out to my house was friendly and was willing to try multiple ways to see if he could fix the issue. He figured out I needed my motherboard swapped out and he was able to get my furnace running quickly after making the switch.
He was very upfront about everything during the process and never tried to sell me anything unnecessary. I will be calling them again for all of my future heating and cooling needs. I was very pleased!

Custom Air was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our 27 year old furnace was on it's last leg and their service team did a great job keeping it running (two service calls) before we finally bought a replacement. Never felt any pressure to buy something unnecessary when I was getting quotes for the new system. When they did finally install the new furnace, they were quick, thorough and friendly.
I even had some concerns about some whistling noises after they had left and they came back out to address my concerns, no questions asked. Very impressed with this company, I would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.

After getting a few quotes I chose Custom Air and I'm glad I did. The process was very straight forward and well organized. The HVAC install could not have gone smoother. Ryan and Justin explained what they were doing and double checked with me to make sure I understood the process. They verified what Steve in sales told me; "this is where the exhaust vent will go, is this where you want the A/C condenser?" They also made sure we understood how to use the system and put it in terms we could understand. They obviously love their jobs and were a pleasure to work with.

For some unknown reason, the ductwork in my 70 year old house collapsed into my utility room last week. Scott Haring and 2 technicians from Custom Air had everything fixed by Monday! The job entailed installing all new duct work and repairing the furnace which was damaged by the collapse. Amazing and professional job by Custom Air as always!
