My air stopped working during this heat wave that we are currently experiencing. Inside my home was miserable. Green Heating and Air came out and replaced the compressor in the unit. Now it's cool as can be. Thank you guys for another great job. Very pleased customer. Service: HVAC system repair

6 month old SEER 20 Carrier My Infinity System. Starting Dec 20th, Heat Pump stopped working and the unit began using emergency electrical heat. It turned out to be a difficult problem to fix and it took 7 visits to fix multiple problems: MyInfinity Touch Thermostat and high pressure transducer on the outdoor unit were both eventually replaced. The Power Control Module in the outdoor unit was also replaced.

Green was working with Carrier Technical Support most of the time and they (Carrier) were also stymied for a while.but in the end the problems were fixed and the unit is running fine. I give Green kudos for sticking with a difficult problem till it was fixed.

I have been using Green Heating & Cooling Inc. for the past four and half years. They are honest and I trust that they aren't trying to sell services that aren't needed. I have gotten fantastic advice on how best to heat/cool my home. It is easy to schedule maintenance appointments that fit into my work schedule. I really like having the same technician come to the service the equipment since he is familiar with me, the house, and the unit. Jacob is always fast, friendly, and efficient. Our air conditioner went out on a Thursday and I called Green Heating and Cooling and they were able to come out the next day and get started and everything installed within two days. They even worked on Saturday. My husband is under hospice home care and is bed ridden. After speaking with Jimmy Gibson and explaining the situation he was able to get all the equipment we needed the next day when it would normally have taken a week to get. Green Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to keep me and my husband from suffering in this terrible heat. I would highly recommend them!

This past week, with the temperatures reaching the 90s, my AC unit finally gave up. As my panic sets in and knowing it is only going to get hotter, we called Green Heating and Cooling, Inc. at the recommendation of my boss. That same day, Gene Fowler met with us, gave us a very reasonable estimate for a new HVAC unit, and assured us that it could be installed the next day.
