Kirby did an excellent job in advising and estimating the cost for relacing my defective geo thermal unit. The crew performed admirably, under adverse conditions, to remove the old unit from the crawl space and install the new HVAC unit outside. Hats off to all for a great job! Stan Edwards made my day! I woke up with no heat today. I called a competitor recommended by a friend. The technician came out and said I needed a compression switch, ignition control board, and an ignitor. I found my paperwork from purchasing the unit from NASCAIR in 2013 and I decided to have a NASCAIR tech come out to see what was under warranty. Stan showed up and fixed my problem in 10 minutes.
It was simply a broken wire from the thermostat to the control board and a clogged pressure switch port. The cost was just the service call. I am so happy to have heat so quickly and to have had Stan's expertise. Thank you Stan for making my day!

The heat on our relatively new unit (new home 3 years ago) went our last evening (temps in 30's) and we called the company who installed it for warranty reasons. However, that on-call tech was so backed up and saying anything he could to not come out that night, nor even thinking they could make it the next day. So I called Nascair who does our PM work. Michelle, one of their service coordinators was awesome and so friendly and helpful.
She was able to schedule someone between 10-12 the next day. Stan, the man, was perhaps one of the friendliness people I have met. He was also prompt (with a call ahead, too) and went about diagnosing and fixed the problem quickly. Kudos to Nascair, Michelle and Stan for taking care of us on the verge of even a colder, snowy weekend ahead.

Nascair does an awesome job. They installed out systems in 2017 and we've used them ever since for our HVAC needs. Stan came out and fixed our heat on a Saturday and had us back up and running. Wow! What awesome service I received from Stan and Dillon at NASCAIR. My furnace stopped working. I called before 8am on a very cold morning when everyone was snowed/iced in. Rene was so kind and helpful, and said they thought they could come out between 10am and noon. Rene followed up quickly to confirm. Despite treacherous driving conditions due to snow and ice, Stan and Dillon arrived on time and found the problems in a hurry.
Our previous HVAC company had botched the installation of a control board, making the heat and air try to come on at the same time! There was also a faulty valve. They fixed it quickly and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Thanks! I highly recommend NASCAIR and will use them going forward!

We needed help with our heating system that stopped working overnight. Their office was able to squeeze us in the day before Thanksgiving and our technician Stan E. was amazing. He checked our system and walked me through what needed to be fixed and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to show me the parts that were being replaced. Nascair has their company focused on what's most important, their customers. They have never tried to push any unneeded repairs on us. The technician even has stated we treat customers right because if we do, we know who they will call when an issue really occurs. This made me feel great that the thought process that the company stands on has been communicated and been bought in by the individuals that interact with the customers.
I even had a situation with a gas line that was not properly supported. Instead of charging me for them to come out they walked me through how to do it over the phone. I would totally recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work on their home.

I've been using Nascair for 2 years. They are prompt and professional, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies. What I love about them is that they explain everything to me but they don't pressure me to pay for things I don't need. The one time they did recommend an enhancement to my system, they told me how I could learn more online before making my decision. After researching it, I felt like they were offering something I needed at a really reasonable cost. I love supporting small businesses with great service!

The owner, Dave came out and serviced my house this week. It was the same day I called his dispatcher. The service was excellent! He had my upstairs air conditioner up and running within 90 minutes. Dave provided recommendations on how to maintain my AC units. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Also this is a veteran owned company.

My air conditioner annual service today was as expected.tech (Stan) was highly experienced, on time and honest. The honestly part is what made me start using Nascair in the first place as I had a horrible experience with one of the "big" hvac companies. Nascair had stellar reviews across a number of social media forums and I'm glad I have them a call. Don't see a need to use any other company for my hvac needs in the future.

I got charged an invoice of $95 for absolutely no work. They showed up same day I called, which was great. I was under the impression they would diagnose my issue and give me a quote. He inspected my unit and gave me a diagnosis and we left it at that so I could think about what to do. I got charged $95 for that visit with absolutely no repairs done.
Every other company I called gave me a free diagnosis and quote. I understand your time is valuable but $95 for a 10 minute visit where no work is done is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this business to friends/family for this reason.

I've used NASCAIR multiple times for my HVAC needs. They have only suggested replacing HVAC when I brought it up since it is very old and have never pressured me in any way in regards to it. They have fixed the issues I have had quickly and with minimal parts and have always minimized my costs. Every time they have been very professional. When the decision is made to get my HVAC replaced, NASCAIR will be the ones I choose.

Very good local HVAC company with trained technicians Excellent response time for repairs. Last I checked is they carry only Amanda, which is Goodman now and Lennox brand units. Staff was knowledgeable and only recommended repairs that were necessary. They did not try to oversell your products that are not needed

My family had a great experience with NASCAIR. The hood for our Thermador stove had been inefficient at drawing air since we moved into our house three years ago. Both Fares and David came out to do the repair and we could not be happier with the results. Their workmanship was professional and David gave me great advice about other aspects of my home. I feel fortunate that I found these guys and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I've been using Nascair to service and maintain my HVAC needs for at least 12 years. They provide personalized and professional service without breaking your bank. They are honest and have never taken advantage of an awful situation (no AC in 90 degree weather). The first time I called them, David the owner, was my technician. I have since, gotten to know his partner, Mike and a host of other service personnel.
During a recent maintenance visit, technician Danny Cabe, without me mentioning it, noticed an airflow issue I've had for 15 years, and took the initiative to solve it! Not only that, because of his experience, he was also able to make the unit even more quiet than it already was. He's my new hero! I have, and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Keep up the good work!

So Mike refused to give me an estimate on a 3 1/2 ton 92% furnace, saying he would lose his license. What an idiot. Obviously the 3 ton I have now is NOT working and what does he care that I want a 3 1/2 ton. Obviously he does not need my business. I would NOT recommend this company. They don't like it when customers know their business better than they do!

My A/C recently went out on the hottest day of the year so far. It was not pleasant. Adding to my sweating was the knowledge that I was probably going to have a major repair bill. I called Nascair and scheduled an appointment. I called on a Monday and they scheduled me for the following day. Much to my excitement, the technician called me later that day, said he was in the area and could stop by that same day if I was available.
He arrived, quickly diagnosed my problem as only a bad capacitor. He actually had the part on his truck, and was able to repair me on the spot. Wow! That was a blessing. I was back in action with cold air, and my repair bill was much less than I had thought it might be. The technician Luis was professional, friendly, and did a great job on the repair. Thanks Nascair!

Though I appreciate finally getting an official response from a representative of Nascair, I was disappointed to read the tired, wildly old school, "man-splaining" method of attempting to shame me instead of offering a simple apology for 1 - poor service during my initial call (regardless of the reason) and 2 - being threatened by someone associated with Nascair for leaving my initial review.
Not certain why they felt the need to escalate this conversation to involving a deity when a simple apology would have sufficed.?. This representative also tried to discredit my reviews (I have over 800 "useful" votes for my 284 total reviews and more 5 star reviews than 1 star reviews) and to diminish my main goal for leaving reviews at all, which is to help other hard working people by sharing my personal, real time experiences so they'll know if they'd like to enter into doing business with a company. simple as that.

Great and honest service. Our AC stopped working & upon assessing the situation it was observed that the drainage pan had filled too much so it shut off the AC. The rest of the system was checked out to be ok. Several other companies were called and messages left with no return calls at all. These are the big name guys who claim to have 24hr availability.
The only thing they have is answering service but no return calls. Nascair is local, reliable and can be trusted to honestly tell you what's wrong. Glad to have found such a good company. No need to look any further.

I found Nascair Heating & Cooling from a post in Nextdoor.com and thought I'd give them a call as I was impressed that the owner is a veteran. I was not disappointed! We contacted the company to follow-up after a home inspection. Danny called ahead to let us know he was on his way; arriving when promised. Although the inspector found several issues with both our heating and cooling systems, Danny found both were working properly.
He certainly could have taken advantage of us and charged us for unnecessary repairs, but he did not. We were charged only for a service call! Nascair will have our business as long we live in Charlotte. Top class company!

Great service and very honest about their work. I recommend them over any other company. Larger companies are more interested in taking your money. Craig came out and explained everything he was doing. David the owner was very helpful in looking up my warranty even though they did not install it. It runs better now than when first installed.

These guys rock. I've been a GC for almost 20 years and finally needed to replace my 13 year old builder grade system. I sourced Yelp and a few other sources and decided on Nascair. I worked with Michael on the estimate and both he and David (the owner) visited the site multiple times on the install. Alex, Luis, Yelson and Brandon were my installers.
It would be better to call them artists as the final outcome is a work of art. They gutted all the ductwork and installed all new ducts, units, cabinet filter, UV lights and EcoBee thermostats. It all looks incredible and I can already "feel" a difference! I would give 6 stars if possible!

I've been doing business with NASCAR for 6 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've performed varied work for me but the most significant was a whole system replacement along with relocation of the air handler from 1st floor to directly above in the attic (ranch house). They also installed a whole house humidifier on an existing unit which was a very finicky install.
They visited several times during the period to get the humidifier working to a predictable, steady-state of operation. all still within the quote they gave me. I've also had them replace an entire system in my mother's condo. NASCAIR focuses on a stellar installation and if there are issues, they stick with it until solved. Truly an A+ firm.

Danny C. was out at our house today and we were really impressed. He literally spent the entire day making sure that everything was operational with our air conditioning units.even the random one we have in the garage. We have a large house with multiple zones of heating and cooling and he combed through all of them very carefully. I feel confident that we'll be in good shape going into the heat of the summer.
He made the necessary repairs and the price was incredibly fair. We will definitely be calling on them again come fall to get a check up on our heating units and we'll be asking for Danny again :
