Locally owned for 40 years! I got a referral from a friend dear friend at work. For lack of better words, these guys came to rescue me in a time I needed it most. I met the manager, John. He saw we were facing unlivable drainage issues in my family's dream home we purchased weeks previously. I will be forever indebted to their diligence, empathy, grandiose favor they provide us with.

The integrity in these folks was nothing I had EVER encountered before. Detailed, honest, dedicated, if utmost integrity and diligence. They were exceptional, with exceeding customer service, speedy analysis and quick, next level results! I simply can't recommend anyone else You won't regret supporting this long standing local business! Please tell them you heard Grace's story!

I scheduled a maintenance appointment for later this month with Temperature Control, unfortunately my A/C unit decided it didn't want to wait. I called and explained my situation and was able to get an appointment for early the next day. Dean was my tech and a godsend. He's prompt, friendly, thorough, and honest. He was able to get my unit up and running, giving me ample options to meet my needs and budget.

My unit needs to be replaced after 21 years of Tucson summers ( I knew it was coming) and Dean, without pressure, assisted in the start of that process as well. Great guy, great company. Both trustworthy.

We received a reminder the day before the appointment with a way to contact if we had questions or needed to reschedule. Prior to arriving the day of, we also received a notification. The technician arrived promptly and was able to quickly repair our electrical problem. He also stayed for another repair which was also resolved quickly, and all for a reasonable price. Recommend and will use again!

I had such good service from my technician last year I requested him again. I was told he doesn't do maintenance, and I expressed disappointment so the dispatcher told him, and when he saw my name on the list, he remembered me and asked to have the schedule adjusted so he could come back. I was so delighted! How can you top that? Personalized service, efficient and super friendly!

Commutative, reliable, honest, competent. Compression coupling broke in bathroom. Temperature Control quickly answered the call for help, scheduled an appointment, came on time, quickly assessed the damaged with a free visit and provided a free estimate, called to give complete assessment of the damage and what needed to be done, gave the estimate, and confirmed that I wanted them to go ahead with the repair.

They did the repair completely and competently and efficiently. They worked with me on the cost. Very pleased with the quality of their service and do not hesitate to recommend them. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier.

Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Temperature Control is a rip off. They charge you to come out for a service fee ($85).then come back and do a horrible job with another service fee of $85.my hot water is still not hot. and they haven't followed up. They quickly took my $1300 and stopped following up. These people are drips.

Super pleased with the results Matt and Daniel provided regarding installing a Tesla charger. They arrived on the job early, provided an estimate promptly and were able to do the job same day. I've worked with Temperture Control for a while now maintaining a walk in wine cellar, they've always been great in that area so I thought I would give the electrical side a try. I have other electrical jobs that need attention, I will be calling them back. Thank you very much Matt and Daniel!

Eddie and his partners were great! Friendly, efficient and knowledgable of their products. Gave recommendations and answers to our questions. We were so happy that they service Oracle-Mammoth-San Manuel. Will definitely call on Temperature Control when we need our HVAC system replaced. They have a cool warranty also, check it out. No wonder they have so many good reviews! My tech was Austin. He was a great communicator, professional, highly experienced, knowledgeable, polite and took excellent consideration in explaining to me how everything works, what was wrong and why he thought so. Usually I'm nodding my head aimlessly when techs try to explain things, but Austin actually explained it so I could understand what was going on and what the plan was to address it.

I truly appreciated this, thanks Austin. My interactions with the other staff were pleasant and efficient, as well, I believe I spoke with Tonya from the office. I called around 8am from a very chilly home, was given a 10am-5pm window, Austin arrived around 11:30am and was finished in an incredibly timely manner, leaving me with a nice warm home. I now can also look forward to an HVAC maintenance plan with Temperature Control. I would recommend them to anyone!

We selected Temperature Control to replace our air conditioning system. The house has two systems (4 ton and 5 ton). I choose TC based on competitive bids from three companies. They did an awesome job of installation getting both systems installed in one day. After installation they sent a QA inspector who spent about two hours checking each system and the installation. They did a thorough duct cleaning and pressure/leak test of the system. I am very pleased with the service TC provided.

On The first two days Dean and Donovan Spent a total of about 12 hours trying to repair our furnace. They were thorough, polite, explained what they were doing and why. At the end of day 2 they came in and explained why we needed to replace at least the furnace and recommended due to the age of the AC unit that we replace both. They gave written estimates, called the office to establish availability of needed units, and managed to get us scheduled for the very next day.

We are very grateful since this is the coldest week of winter in Tucson in several years. So today Jeremy and Miguel came out and did the install of both units. They were professional, polite and got the jobs done. Before they left they gave us instruction in how to operate the new thermostat, included all the paperwork with written instructions, and left with the heat working. We recommend temperature control without reservation. They are a top-notch company with fair prices and expert service people.

Joseph did a great job replacing the kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. He was so careful when removing the old sink. His attention to detail is remarkable. He and Caesar made sure everything worked right and left the work space clean and tidy. From scheduling to the final payment, everything is done in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Michael Bell-Maxwell, a Service Technician withTemperature Control Inc, came out to our home on a Saturday to try to figure out why the furnace wouldn't operate. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and he correctly diagnosed the problem when the company that had installed the furnace did not. He saved us a great deal of time and trouble by understanding the problem accurately.a blocked roof vent.and correcting it on the spot.

Great company, friendly and responsive first impression with the employee who answered the phone. Jonathan, the HVAC technician, was an excellent example of what we all want-professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained in detail everything he was doing, and brought our heater back to life. He explained all our options in easily understandable terms, concept and costs.

It was a joy to our family to have him here, and we are happy to know we can have him in the future. I believe that with employees like Jonathan, Temperature Control is a great benefit to our Tucson community and I wish them well.

My blower motor went out and was stuck with NO heat for 3 days and I have daughters who were freezing! I called Temperature control and they had someone come out ASAP. Not only did the Tech Austin fix my Issue he was also able to find out my warranty for me! I had my heat back on within 2 hours! I Highly recommend this company if you have any issues.

Shane performed a previous repair and did a service today. He is very knowledgeable, as the prior issue he fixed had some surprising causes, but he was able to quickly sort through and resolve. Today was a standard service with some follow-up on the repair we had discussed previously. He showed up on time, communicated what he would be doing and reviewed how things went. Very professional, as I have found all the folks from Temp Control, so plan to continue using them and a satisfied customer.

Just want to thank everybody at temperature control for the immediate coming out to my house to take care of some wiring that my dog chewed up at a very reasonable price because I have the service plan the cost was very small just want to thank them for their quality of work and service

We got a new AC unit after ours quit. Everyone we worked with start to finish was wonderful. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything was done in a timely fashion. Shane did an excellent job. He was personable and professional. I like this company. They show up on time and never complain. I'm saving over 200$ per month since I had my new HVAC system installed. I was paying in low to mis #00's with the old system -which was 23 years old. Last month I paid $87. Now is the heating months. We'll see how much I save during the winter.

I needed an emergency plumbing service to replace a broken main water valve in my condominium. I saw online that Temperature Control provides emergency service, so I called them. The receptionist said she could send one of their plumbers out the very next day and quoted me a price. The plumber Joseph was on time and replaced my water valve so that once again I have water.

He was friendly, professional, and knew his business. He charged me the quoted price and I'm very happy with the result. I plan to use Temperature Control for all my plumbing needs in the future. A fair company that does excellent work.

Fast response after call, job done when promised. Very friendly company.

They created a leak on my roof that they aren't repairing damage from. They won't return phone calls. Techs seem to be unable to properly work and repair unit.

All I can say is magnificent--we had our unit hit by monsoon electricity and wiped out--they came out and diagnosed and made sure that we had the documentation for insurance. The bid was good, the representative Justin--estimator was fair and explained everything. We pulled the trigger for the new unit--the folks came--Claudio was our primary installer--he was terrific--they arrived at 8am as promised and we were all done by 120 in the afternoon--cooling as we speak--I can't say enough nice things about them--the quality and professionalism.

Will refer to my clients for the future. I recommend if you are just starting to ask for Justin--gives you what you need and doesn't bog you down in details unless requested. I highly recommend Temperature Control!

The first part of June my AC unit broke completely I've been dealing with the company it's been repaired it called temperature control this company help me in three different occasions they put my family above money they put my family first financially I'm a broke down Mexican on a fixed income but they help me out I have a brand new AC my family is cool mind you I live in Tucson Arizona when my hot water heater broke they put me on a payment plan and to boot I just got a box of cookies with a picture of a family that family is temperatures controlled so now I'm sitting here eating cookies in an air-conditioned house with nice hot and cold water thank you temperature control you're in my heart and my family appreciates you Jeremy you're the bomb the owner and his wife their Heaven Sent thank you what I just stated is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth thank you Lord for temperature control

Daniel came out to our home today to do the yearly maintenance on our A/C unit. I was blown away with his attention to detail and the information he shared about maintaining my AC. Today he taught me how to clean the coils on my AC and it is something I will do moving forward. In addition he also took the time to add insulation on the line for the AC which will help my system work better.

I can add a couple more things he did but trying to keep this review simple. This company is great and Daniel is an awesome Technician. In my experience here in Tucson I never used the same company twice. I will continue working with Temperature Control in the future, very impressed. A+, 5 stars, perfect rating in my opinion. Kudos to ownership for having such good/knowledgeable staff.

I really am so thrilled with Michael Maxwell, who was the servicing technician that came out to work on a safety issue on my air conditioning unit. The company offered me a service plan that is far more useful than what my current home warranty provides and I would have purchased this plan instead of the home warranty had I known of it sooner. My experience with this air conditioner and plumbing company is that they are highly reputable and take care of their customers. So glad to have peace of mind on their service plan now!

As a new resident in Oro Vally, I didn't know who to call for an HVAC service check. I contacted Temperature Control because the previous owner of my home had purchased the system from them. I'm so glad I made that call. Donovan checked the system and reviewed the results with me. He also explained their service plan options and mentioned that they also take care of plumbing.

I was relieved to learn that one company would be able to take care of everything. I had a couple of plumbing issues to resolve, so I selected the service plan that suited my needs. A few days later Eddie arrived to inspect the plumbing and recommend necessary changes. He thoroughly explained the issues and options and quickly presented a cost proposal that sealed the deal.

With the service plan, I saved money on all the work he and Pablo did. Eddie and Pablo worked quickly and efficiently, and I felt like they treated my home like they would their own. Pablo even swept out the garage after they installed the Enviro water system. As an older person, I can't put a price on the peace of mind I have knowing that critical components in my home will be taken care of by a professional, trustworthy team who are only a phone call away 24/7.

When this business was founded and owned by Vance Macleod, there was integrity, and fairness. Before he passed, he sold the business to an employee, who is more focused on profit than building business relationships with his employees and customers. Several employees left under the new ownership. Commercials on television are tacky. I used to hire this company annually, but they have lost my trust snd my business.

Not very nice people to work with honestly. The guy told me he was going to follow up with me after the quote, and he didn't. The guy who came out to be house didn't have the greatest customer service.

Fast, friendly and efficient work! Jermey was great! I called this morning and a technician was dispatched about an hour after. Jeremy took pictures and showed me everything that needed work on my AC unit. I was given 3 options to choose from. I'm very happy with the work the technician provided.

Tl;dr I can't say enough good things about this company, full stop. I've been having MASSIVE issues with my HVAC system, like whoa. I've had several of their people out to my house to get me sorted, including twice when they came out simply to tweak stuff that I didn't know how to do. Every person they sent has been friendly and respectful and before each visit I was sent a text with the name and picture of the person I'd be working with. They've only charged me for the actual work they did and their pricing was comparable to what I found elsewhere.

There were several things they recommended but they let me know which were important and which were optional/could wait - I didn't get a hard sell on literally anything, even the work that definitely needed doing. As a single mom with 3 kids it's a big deal to know my money was well-spent and that I can trust the work. They took me through every issue they diagnosed, in detail. Offering to take me on to the roof to see/verify what they found, taking videos/pics to show me, drawing diagrams, explaining it all in layman's terms so I could understand their recommendations - at no point did I walk away feeling like I was having to just take their word for it. Also, as a woman, I want to point out that they spoke to me exactly like my male friend - I never felt like I was being talked down to in any way.

They really went the extra mile for me, squeezing me in to their schedule and following up with me after every step (this took 3 separate appointments *not* including the diagnostic). Definitely give these guys a call, I won't be going anywhere else for HVAC work.

These guys are good. Really good. We were saved from a hot weekend by Temperature Control when we thought we had lost the entire week to another Company that failed 3 times to get the A/C going again! Incredibly Danny spotted the real root cause for the failure in about 30 seconds in the outdoor unit. Which he fixed in minutes! But then he had to rebuild the entire unit from the ground up correcting error after error made by the prior company. Which took him less than 2 hours! While cleaning and testing the unit throughout! Good to go by 7 PM on a Friday night! Thank you Danny and Temperature Control!

I don't think we've ever had better customer service. This company is great and earned the above 5 stars with us. From the sales team, the installation crew, to the vacuuming out all the ducts and follow-up crew. They were prompt, returned phone calls immediately, and all were pleasant and friendly to deal with. We highly recommend them if you have any HVAC needs.

I don't know if this matters to you but it matters to me. I had my system installed August 2019 I have compared my electric bills to my last year's bills I am saving probably 15 to 20% a month. I don't know about the gas yet. But I will keep you informed and let you know how efficient the furnace is compared to my old unit

In my honest opinion I wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it, this company threatened us with removing the ac when the lady that lives there has MS and Dementia and is in 24hr care and would have no where to go, and also their office staff is so unprofessional when dealing with them threatening us.

I have used Tony Bohard and his company for my AC needs and have highly recommended him to family and friends. He just keeps delivering optimum service and made each and every person happy they did business with him.

By far the best hvac company in town. Its a local family owned business. Everyone here will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. This is the only air conditioning company I will ever call agian. Everyone is so kind and really cares to help you out!
