I prefer Temco over Hamstra & D&H. My colleagues and I are all technical professionals, and we appreciate the way Temco operates and interacts with clients. Greg Ford was my technician today, and I could tell he was an upfront, knowledgeable, trustworthy expert and just an all around respectful and humble person. I'm glad Temco values people like him.

We have been Temco customers for years, and always appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. We have purchased new equipment from them as well as having them maintain our existing units. We are very satisfied TEMCO customers. We have a regular maintenance contract that serves us well on a regular basis on our two A/C systems. We have recommended TEMCO to friends and relatives and all have had equally great experiences. From office staff to in-person service people, service is top notch. Our recent experience this month ( July 2021) with in-home service from Danny was exceptional: he was courteous, knowledgeable, personable & efficient.

I could not ask for a better experience, start-to-finish. My air conditioning stopped working on a 105-degree day, and I expected to wait a seriously long time for an appointment - but much to my surprise, I was told there was someone in my area, who would call me as soon as he was done with another job. Sure enough, an hour later I got a call from Milo.

What can I say about this guy? He is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He wasted no time in diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate. I have an old AC system, and was sure I would be looking at a costly full replacement - or worse -a technician that TOLD me I need a replacement, even if I don't. But once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Milo didn't try to sell me on a new system, but found a way to fix what I have.

He even drew a picture of the inside of my AC to show me how it works and what the bad part does. He had to order the part, which would arrive the next day - but did a temporary fix so I had some AC overnight while we waited! I was thoroughly impressed. True to his word, Milo called the next day, came right over and installed the new part. Had the system fully up and running in no time. I know I will need to replace my entire system soon, and there is zero question about who I will call for the job.

Was timid with the process but changed as soon as I got a picture from my tech to advise me who was coming into my home. Very professional and knowledgeable of the units and that it clear that I had the right AC team replacing my Unit big kuddos to Sean Davis and Dean Pyle and the techs who made my decision easy. It is 1:00am. I notice the bedroom feels warm. I check the air conditioning. It is not working. I call Temco's emergency number. They take my information and say a technician will call shortly. About 15 minutes later a technician calls. I explain the problem. He says there is an extra charge for emergency service. I say it is ok. He lives a long way out of town.

I live next to the university. He arrived an hour later. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem The motor on the air conditioning unit died. The air conditioner is from 2006 (I think). He replaced the motor with a new motor. It was not easy, some parts had not moved since the day the air conditioner was installed. He was fantastic. He did not stop, he kept working through problems. One last word. He had the neatest, most orderly toolbox I had ever seen. When he needed a new tool, he knew exactly were to look. Thank you Temco.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness After a few failed maintenance attempts, I will have to say that I am not as sure that Temco is the company they use to be. They use to be very attentive and punctual, now they are distance and unreliable when it comes to scheduling prepaid maintenance on our HVAC system. The Temco Team performed an excellent job during the installation of my air conditioner and heat pump! They were very professional and went over and beyond the standard of service by showing me and correcting some errors that were made by the previous installation.
