I am amazed at the customer service! We called a little after 7:30 this morning with a broken AC Unit, 81 degrees in the house, temp predicted to be 100+ today, and two babies who were getting toasty. All American came out quickly, diagnosed and repaired the unit within 2 hours of the original call, and we can still get our son to his Speech Therapy appointment!

I came home Sunday evening from weekend travel to a broken AC unit. I was thinking I would get a call back in the morning, as it was already 9 PM, but they answered and had a technician out in 20 minutes! I've used them before, years ago. I call this morning because the air coming out of the vents was not cool. They had a technician available two hours later. So thankful it was a minor issue easily rectified. My technician was Jared. He was very courteous and professional. I definitely will call again and highly recommend. Service: A/C system repair

I called into their office, the first lady was friendly and willing to help, afrer being transferred to some guy, not only did he laugh at my inquiry, he had no desire to help with simple / basic questions, if this is the treatment a prospect customer receives over the phone, I can't imagine what the actual service would be like.

All American Heating and Air did a great job recently when they replaced a heating and air conditioning system for the upstairs of my house. Most importantly, my interactions with All American Heating and Air indicated to me that they are trustworthy and focused on customer service not just sales. This was something that I was specifically looking for. Jeff, Bobby and Dylan were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Jeff assessed my existing system, discussed options with me and let me decide. Bobby and Dylan, the install team, were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Jeff explained the performance rating of the new system and said that it qualified for a rebate from Dominion Energy.
The paperwork packet included a partially completed application form for the rebate. I simply had to add my Dominion Energy account number and submit the form. I've already received the $500.00 rebate check from Dominion Energy. As a veteran, I like that the company is family and veteran owned and that the products are American made. I expect to be a long-time customer and I highly recommend All American Heating and Air.

HVAC unit went out Wednesday night, called All American Heating and Cooling Thursday morning and they arrived at 930am and tried everything to get my 35 y/r old unit working but all the parts were obselte- crew of 4 professionals arrived 830am Friday and explained everything that had to be done and who was doing what and when they would be done ( 2 of the professionals have over 40 year HVAC experience and it showed). These guys are world class and second to none - the only ones to call for any HVAC concerns you may have

We were totally satisfied with every aspect of our install. Jeff came out and assessed our situation, discussed our options and let us make the decision. We were able to have the unit installed on time and the site was cleaned before they left. Bobby and his crew were so nice and patient with our 98 yr old mother. I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. They even located a faulty breaker in our panel box and corrected it at once. I would strongly recommend using them above the national companies!

All American replaced my HVAC system, ductwork and installed a new thermostat all in one day as Jeff promised. All the other companies were quoting 3 days for the install because they had to order ductwork. Those guys arrived approx. 8:15am and didn't quit until done. Bobby works hard and his expectations of his crew is very high. After the work was completed, Bobby crawled under the house to make sure everything was perfect.
I've had terrible experiences with businesses not doing what they promise but you never have to worry about All American because they take pride in their work. The owner of AAmerican, Gene, took the time to talk to me ahead of the install and now I see why he was so confident I'd be satisfied with the install. Bobby was so patient teaching me how to use the fancy thermostat and I really appreciate that. Jeff provided all the paperwork I needed for my 16 Seer Rebate and the Duct work rebate. These guys are professional, and they respected me and my home. All American can be trusted and they're AWESOME!

Had an issue with our current system and our neighbor recommended All American, so I gave them a call. Not only did they come the day that I called, the technician (Erik) was extremely helpful. Explaining everything clearly and concisely to all my newbie questions to HVAC systems. I highly recommend this company for your systems.
