My AC went out when it started to get hot earlier this year. Brians saved the day and the summer! Working with Brian's was a great experience from the first phone call to the consultation to the installation. No aggressive sales pitches or scare tactics. They are very professional, honest, knowledgeable and an all-around pleasure to work with. They even told me that I might be going overboard with the size unit I was getting but I just wanted a beast of a machine.

I keep my house at 68 year round. I was super impressed with the turnaround time and the quality of work. They do not cut corners and if they can find a way to improve the circulation, intakes and ducts they will. I waited to write a review to give it several months of running and I am EXTREMELY pleased with everything they did. Their financing program is great as well.

With all of the Covid-19 and junk in the air I was looking for clean air. I called Air Waves and they had a solution for me and they were able to make it happen right away. I was given a quote and that is the amount I paid to the penny. They are super nice and very professional. I had two family members who wanted to same clean air that I have so again I called Air Waves and they made it happen again. My family is very pleased with this company and the folks who work there. Eric repaired a Rinnai tankless water heater after a couple of glitches in delivery of uninterrupted hot water. He did a thorough service and Mark was able to get Rinnai to send a blower motor assembly free of charge! Eric and Mark were terrific to work with and we are extremely satisfied. Had Eric out the other day to check out my a/c unit that wasn't working. He checked out the unit explained the problem and what it would cost to get it working again. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He sign me up for a service agreement and I got my a/c unit working again before the hot weather gets here. Our air conditioner stopped working about 6:00 pm on Memorial Day. We placed a call to air waves. Within a few minutes the owner called and said he would come soon. He diagnosed the problem and said he would get the part the next day. He offered to bring a window unit. He returned with parts to fix the problem. Soon we back in business. Over the next couple of days he ordered the original part that was under warranty. In about a week one of his technicians came to install the new part. We have been happy customers for a couple decades.

Air Waves has provided maintenance on our unit for many years. When it was finally time to replace our old air unit, we received excellent customer service from Mark and Steve. Mark talked with us about our options and made sure we were aware of everything needed to make the best decision on our new unit. Our technician Steve spent long hours working very hard to make sure everything was setup correctly. Highly recommend Air Waves!

After Hurricane Mathew came through last month, leaving us without electricity and running water for 5 days, we decided to purchase a whole-house generator. Air Waves was recommended by a friend who was very happy with the company's installation and service on her own whole-house generator. After obtaining a few quotes from area vendors I decided to go with Air Waves.

Their price was comparable to the other vendors but the unit they quoted, a Kohler model, had higher ratings on Consumer Reports than what the other vendors offered. We could not be happier with Air Waves. The entire staff at Air Waves is friendly, courteous and prompt. Our generator was ordered, shipped and ready to install in less than a week. The owner, Mark Baker, personally supervised all aspects of the installation, including where to best place the unit and dealing with some electrical issues unique to our house.

It took just two days to get the generator installed and running. We are very happy with every aspect of our experience with Air waves and feel confident in their 24/7 service should we ever need it. Highly recommended!
