The technician came to get a toy out of the toilet. He put the toilet back on. Within a month we noticed it was leaking again. We have no idea when the leak had started. We called to get on the schedule and it took over a month. When discussing payment for the fix on the seal, the company shared no responsibility for the fact that it was leaking soon after the repair. We have spent nearly $900 in toilet repairs on that toilet with the company.

Wow had them come out in the fall for a emergency service where they fixed a leak and replaced a pipe came to just over 200 when pipe froze in Juneau in December had them come out again and all they did was turn the water back on and check for leaks and are now trying to charge over 300 with less work and no materials. when i told them about this and that last time was less and actual work was done he told me that was my opinion. avoid these people and there abusive price gauging

$600 for them to "diagnose" not find anything wrong and told us it would be thousands to get our system running appropriately because they said it was installed wrong. They also left for an hour to "get something from the warehouse" and charged us an extra hour and a half for the time they were gone. When we complained that they hadn't fixed anything or replaced anything we were threatened to pay or be sent to collections.
We ended up having to diagnose and fix it ourselves. Turns out the system was frozen underneath from open vents that they didn't bother to check before. I do not recommend this company.

The tech called to let me know he could show up early. Was to my place within 5 minutes of calling. Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. Set clear expectations of how long it would take him and that he needed to go pick up a part. Even with going to get a part and ensuring my hot water heater was up to par after the fix still took less then 2 hours. Great Service will defiantly use them again.

I had a dishwasher installed. The company was very professional. Called me back when they said they would, called to confirm and remind me of the appointment and even called when they were running 10 mins late. The person was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He was kind enough to be extra quiet while my kids were napping. AND he fit in installing a new garbage disposal as well. Would refer to anyone looking for a plumber.

Edit: Coming back to add that we had to call for after hours help and the rate very reasonable! We've had the Plumbing & Heating come to our house twice - once for plumbing and once for boiler repairs. Both times they were punctual and incredibly professional. Rates are reasonable for the area. Highly recommend!
