I would reccomend Blue Flame Highly. I have used them for 10 yrs now. last month my Hot Water Tank leaked all over my Kitchen Floor, I called them & they were at my Home in 15 Minutes!,C leaned & Sucked up all the water, took old Tank & next day, put in my New one, Im so Happy to know I can Rely on them. Very Respectful & Friendly. Thank You Blue Flame :) They also clean my Furnace yearly :)

I had the ducts cleaned in my new rental home and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The technicians were very professional and explained the entire process. The price was clear from the beginning, and when the technicians found more registers than I was quoted for, they clearly explained the price increase. They were respectful of the other people working around the house. I would highly recommend Bluflame and will call them first if I need service.

Would not buy any parts from them as you are unable to return. Purchased a furnace circuit board did not open the box or packaging it came in. Found out it wasn't the circuit board but a pressure switch I needed. Asked to return the circuit board and they said sorry about your luck, but hold on to it just in case it goes out even though the warranty only lasts a year. Thanks, now I have a $300 circuit board with, chances are no warranty if I ever have to use it. Will not return even in the most dire circumstancess.

This post has nothing to do with the quality of service from this company, just the compassion of one of its drivers. A few years back I witnessed an older gentlemen walking down Sylvania Ave, in a downpour, carrying what looked like groceries. The man lost his footing and fell to the ground. A Bluflame van that was driving past immediately pulled over and the driver jumped out in the rain to check on the fallen person. I can only imagine how good he would treat a paying customer if he would stop to help a total stranger. Kudos to him.

I had a different company come and install my new ac and furnace in April. After a few months I was having issues with the air conditioning as well as the person who installed it, I decided to bite the bullet and have some one else fix it and I'm glad I did, I called Blu flame at 1030 in the morning and they were here by noon, They sent there service tech Bob who was very helpful in solving all of my issues I had with the other installer.
He even pointed out some issues that the inspector missed, I wish I would have just given Blu Flame a call in the first place and I will be using them from here on out Again thanks to Bob at Blu flame for helping with my issues

I am so disappointed and undone I still cannot even express the words of my distress. I WAS a decades long customer until July 25th when I still as of yet have Not received a return phone call about the lack of AC. This company and at this point I use the term lightly, came to my home 3 times in less than a month costing my over $1200 and soon as the temperature rise, the hottest time of the year- no air.
I called spoke with the pleasant receptionist explained all this to her. It has been a MONTH and No One has called or came. Again I still have yet to find the words of my frustration in the English language. When I find them, I will add them later.

We had a technician out to fix our AC, he was incompetent, so much so the 2nd guy said the 1st tech did things wrong.threw his own co-worker under the bus! But the 2nd tech still didn't fix the problem. We spent $1200 to still not have air. If they focused on the real issue as much as they tried to sell us a new unit this review would be different I'm sure. We've asked for a manager to call and of course we never got a call back after several attempts. Would NOT recommend.

My regular AC service company was busy so I called Bluflame. They showed up the next day and told me I needed a whole new unit. $6500. It was late on a Friday and they turned my old until off for "safety" reasons. I finally got my usual company out and they looked it over, changed the filter and said it is fine. That's the facts.

I had an appointment with this company and they called to say they were on their way. I couldn't answer my phone but was able to call back in 8 minutes. Too late! My appointment was given to someone else. Brittany stated "how was I supposed to know you would call back". I can't waste my guys time and gas. Well I guess they are doing a good enough business that my business isn't needed.

Just had a 55-year-old furnace removed from our home using bluflame Heating and air-conditioning. I was extremely impressed with the professional attitude and work that was done with removing the old furnace and putting in our new furnace. They did everything they said they would do and then some they we're here at 8 o'clock in the morning and we're done by 4 no shortage of manpower to get the work done in one day.

The blower motor on my furnace went bad about a month ago in November. Of course, these kinds of things always happen on a weekend. I am fairly good at repairing mechanical and electrical things, but had never attempted to do any work on a furnace myself. As I knew exactly what was wrong, and am on a budget, I just wanted to get a blower motor and install it myself.
My first instinct for getting a good price on a part is to buy online; however mail order was not an option, as time is of the essence when you can't heat your house in November (and I was just too busy during the week). I called the store about an hour before closing time on a Saturday. One of the gentlemen gave me a very fair share of his time to answer my questions and advise me on the repair.
I arrived at the store shortly before closing. Asked more questions. He gave me the kinds of tips that you need to know when doing a job -- the kinds of information you only know when you have done it yourself -- such as informing me that the wires were color coded differently on the replacement unit, and making sure I knew which wire went to which speed.
The motor was fairly priced. I installed it per his advice and the advice of a friend in another city who is in the business. So far so good. I really appreciate that the price on the motor was realistic, and the useful information he gave me. Thank you.

This company made me Pay In Advance for a Blower Motor and Compressor. The Tech then cancelled 2 appointments and someone from the office called and told me they needed $6,000! They never came back for the appointment and the office manager said I am not going to have my people waste their time coming back to your property. This seems to be a scam, they don't even try to diagnose the problem, they only want to sell new units.

Oh my please do not call these scam artists. First of all they came just to clean out the furnace then they said you needed a new thermostat so we said we have to save up money then my husband came home from work and found out that all the guy did was turn off the off switch to the furnace that's why it was not coming on and the thermostat work perfectly fine
