Had a leaking refrigerator. Called another high-rated Yelp repair service & it was 3.5 days to have someone come out. Called Kurt (owner) at Abbey & he was here the next day (less than 24 hours). Very professional & knowledgeable. Reasonably price even though he told me he had never seen a problem as bad as this frig. HIGHLY recommend.

I've used Abbey twice now and won't be calling anyone else for my appliance repairs! I've dealt with some bad repair companies in the past, so I know Abbey is the very best! Kurt is responsive and takes care of us the same day, though I'd certainly understand if he needed to have us wait until the next day. He arrives promptly and always has the part we need. Great, affordable service! Don't hesitate to call!

I called with a refrigerator ice/water dispenser on the blink. I told the dispatcher that there should be a combination of buttons to push to reset the system, but I had misplaced my manual. After scheduling a service appointment the dispatcher called with the combination of buttons to push and I was able to reset the system without a service call. Customer Service does not get any better than that. I will use Abbey and recommend them every time.

I have been using Abbey, and Kurt Miller, for over a decade for repair of my out-of-warranty appliances (refrigerators, stove, dishwashers, dryers, washing machines, water heater, air conditioner/heater, etc.). Kurt knows exactly what is wrong in less than a minute and fixes the problem immediately. I always get same day service, and like today (when Kurt repaired a bad electrical connection when our dishwasher was originally installed 4 years ago), Kurt was here in less than two hours and was finished in less than 30 minutes correctly making the fix. I highly recommend Abbey, and especially Kurt, to anyone who needs timely, efficient, and solid repair of their appliances, HVAC, or water heaters.
