I contacted Insight Mechanical to have someone inspect my AC units at my condo downtown. The technician was at my condo for a total of 10 minutes, when he left to go buy air filters for my AC. He was gone for 90 minutes and came back and spent 20 more minutes installing the filters. I got a bill for $243! I was billed for the entire time that he was gone!
So if you don't want to spend $243 for air filters, DO NOT USE INSIGHT MECHANICAL! I called to dispute the ridiculous charges, and the lady I spoke with said that they never come equipped with the supplies that they need, and their normal operational procedure is to have the tech leave to purchase the equipment and bill the client for the time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
