Great people to deal with

Zack was very courteous and knowledgeable. I trusted him right away to do his best to clean up and maintenance my air conditioner. He took time also to clean up and leave the job picked up and clean, maybe even better than it was when he arrived. My air conditioner is working much better and not working so hard. Thank you Zack. I would definitely call Blue Dot to fix and maintenance my very costly appliances and machines we all invest in to make life more comfortable.

I love gardening, planting trees, shrubs and I'm an artist so I called Blue Dot for a solution to a lack of water sources for me on my acreage and shop. They came out after my quote and put in an underground waterline for the north and south sides of my home as well as installed two hydrants and plumbed water into my outside shop. I'm thrilled that it was done so professionally and timely. If I need them again in the future, I'll not hesitate to call!

I was very satisfied with Blue Dot in performing my sewer repair from first contact, through the estimate process to the completion of the job. The sewer line had been replaced a few years ago by another company, but that plumber did not take it all the way to the city main sewer line and I was continuing to have problems with backups due to roots in the connection saddle. Today's job included having to access the utility easement on my neighbor's property which involved removing some fencing and digging close to his patio.

They dealt directly with the neighbor and coordinated with the neighbor, me and my renter to let us know what to expect when. Matt W came out today, answered all my questions, completed the repair in good order and returned the fencing to it's previous condition. I am very happy with the job and the service.

We didn't have much water pressure in our kitchen. Matt an awesome job restoring our water pressure. We are able to use the dishwasher for some time now since the water pressure was so slow. He fixed all that and removed the lines going to a sink that we had done. He made sure everything was working fine before he left. Services: Faucet installation, Plumbing pipe repair

The response time exceeded my expectations and the service was phenomenal. Doug was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The price and service were very satisfactory. Their annual service fee is very reasonable and I highly suggest this. I have already set up a come back service for our air conditioner and plumbing which is included in the annual service charge.

Was given a 2 hour window for arrival at our location (over 50 miles from Topeka), and he arrived 15 minutes into window. Very good for hard to find rural location. He quickly completed the repairs, doing above requested actions. Showed me everything he was doing and explained it all. Total bill was estimate plus additional part. Very professional and competent. Will utilize this company again.

I am very happy with this service. Brandon (and his trainee) arrived in good time, determined the problem with my furnace (during the coldest weather of the year so far!), consulted as needed via phone, determined that a part was needed, found one, went and got it and then installed it. I was kept informed, and they both did what they could to minimize tracking in the fresh snowfall. Furnace now working just fine and normal. I found the price reasonable (discount to service call cost as I have a maintenance contract helped).

Brandon and his assistant (I think) came by and we're very professional and polite from start to finish. He made us feel very comfortable and kept us completely informed about what he was doing and what the situation was. If I could hand pick him to come out for issues in the future, I will. Not sure where you found him at, but companies can use more like him.

We have been with Blue Dot for some time now and totally recommend them to everyone for every need in your home repair. The two men that came to our house today were very professional and knew their stuff. Not only did they do their job but they turned off the lights and closed all the doors. Great guys, great business. Thank you Blue Dot.

I've used Blue Dot in the past for my home HVAC and have always been pleased with their work. For this particular service call, my sump pump was running continuously. Cali answered my call promptly at 7:00 AM and immediately scheduled a tech to come out this morning. John diagnosed the issue and set up a temporary discharge line, as the main line was frozen. He also recommended a permanent fix to the problem. Everyone was pleasant and professional, and the cost was very reasonable.

They work with my predatory landlord and issued a quote to merely wrap ductwork in my 1 BR apartment so it was THOUSANDS of dollars in excess of what it would cost to do a HOUSE! No itemization. Refused to itemize! Just gave generalized excuses.for thousands of dollars in excess. As if I wasn't going to price this out myself? And they were asked by the predatory landlord to do a quote (again for me to pay) to install a handicap handbar - not into anything plumbing related.

Just drywall. 30 minutes and not even something really they should be agreeing to. But they wanted $159. Again, no itemization and somehow it took DAYS to get that quote. Found out later that it is common practice to do it for free - even for them. Except when working with a predatory landlord? These people are the WORST. Dishonest. Shady. Find another company that doesn't victimize people

Blue Dot are great folks to work with. They come on schedule and offer quick services during an emergency. Two years ago they fixed my furnace in the middle of the night when it was freezing outside. Last year they installed a new electric water heater. This year they adjusted the fan speed on my A/C, so it would blow cold air more efficiently and they serviced the whole system, and installed a smart thermostat. Great folks to work with and their prices are fair as the work they do, is quite exceptionable compared to the rest.

Not really very happy with the results of their work. They left my place with the job uncompleted resulting in extra cost to me to make it right. May still use them again.
