Our Service Department is staffed with trained and certified employees. Our Technicians will diagnose the problem and discuss the repair and options with you so you can decide what is best for you and your family. Your system is built to last for many years, but I want to remind you that a majority of equipment manufacturers have made service and maintenance a condition of their warranty. We know that even a small repair, if delayed, can cause major trouble. That is why we urge you to have regular Check-N-Cleans done on your furnace.

Converted our furnace to natural gas. Was a great company to work with and at a competitive price. In addition, shortly after, I had issues with my water heater and a technician helped me trouble shoot it over the phone for free. I cannot say enough on how much I appreciate that because it was very cold out that night!

We had an after hours call, and the service charge for that ($125) was actually very reasonable. Chuck was very timely getting to our home even with two calls ahead of us. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He is down to earth and knowledgeable. He told us what was what without trying to sell us anything (we bought a house with an old furnace). I recommend Indoor Comfort, and I'll be using them in the future.

The people here are very nice, but the pricing is what gets this company a demotion in rating. If you are planning on having work done with Indoor Comfort, I highly recommend shopping around. I got my furnace replaced this past month and took bids from five contractors in the Eau Claire area. Indoor comfort was $500 above the next closest bid. I was also able to get a more efficient two-stage furnace installed from a different contractor for a full $1,000 less than the single-stage furnace Indoor Comfort proposed to install. One big perk to these folks is they will deduct $200 from your total (for a furnace replacement) if you pay the same day the work is done.
