In the early 1900's, the brothers started in the piping trades with Hobbs Supply Company of Eau Claire, WI. They were key craftsmen on many projects in west central Wisconsin, both large and small. When Hobbs Supply decided to concentrate on the wholesale business rather than the mechanical side, the Bartingale brothers and the Grosvold family joined forces to form a new company, Grosvold-Bartingale Co. Heating and Plumbing.

Had a plumbing problem. a quick reply and appearance of service. They called ahead and were timely. Just had a furnace shut down the outside vents were close to ground and clogged with drifting snow. Cleared it. Happened again tech timely with a call. Installed higher vent intake and exhaust. Checked and cleaned furnace all A O K. Can't say enough about friendly understanding service.
They didn't make us feel like we didn't know anything which we didn't. Will definitely use them again. Some don't take calls after 5:00 or work weekends. Not good in case of emergencies. 24 - 7 days a week!
