Service and installation of all types of refrigeration systems and equipment, such as: walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-in refrigeration equipment, ice machines, soft serve machines, slush machines and granita machines.

Negative stars would be appropriate for the experience that we had with this business. We bought a brand new merchandising freezer a few months back, and the glass door was fogging up so we needed it replaced. The warranty company sent out a tech from CCS to replace the door. He came during our peak lunch hour, and wreaked so badly of cigarettes that several of our customers walked out.

He left equipment in the way of our main entrance, loudly sang to himself, and dropped the new freezer door 5 or 6 times - as you can imagine, that ruined everybody's lunch. We were told the repair would take an hour, and that we could leave our merchandise in the freezer. After 4 hours, the tech had managed to NOT get the new door on, and had completely broken the freezer.

We lost all of the merchandise that thawed during that time, and then no longer had a freezer to sell our products out of. After MULTIPLE trips, the tech got the freezer working again, and the new door on. However, we lost over 2 weeks of merchandising, and the new door has multiple large scratches on it. The icing on the cake - the warranty department is not covering the last 2 times that the tech came out, and CCS is billing us $720 for his travel time.

All in all, CCS sent an ill-equipped tech to replace our door, he failed to replace the door and broke our entire freezer, we lost merchandise and merchandising time, and now they are trying to bill us for THEIR time even though the warranty company already paid them for the door replacement. The woman in the office at CCS wont listen to our argument, is very rude, and won't let us talk to a manager or owner. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. You'd have a better shot at fixing your fridge/freezer yourself.
