We had problems with our heating unit and had another company out to look at it. They told us we needed a new unit. We called Blackwell for a second opinion and, even though it was right when they were closing, they came out to look at it because it was going to be the coldest night of the year. Forty-five minutes later we have heat and saved several thousand dollars.
