Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Probably the worst A/C company in Waco to work with and work for. A lot of favoritism and upper management problems. Many coworkers left before i did and many left after. Past 2 months over 15 Commercial A/C workers left. Pay is not very good and a ton of empty promises.

I have heard great things about Capstone and their owner. I used them on a house call but was less than satisfactory. The Capstone employee was very friendly. He looked at my condenser, filled it with freon and washed out the vents with my water hose while we waited for the system to adjust to the newly added freon. After he was finished we discussed the pricing for the job.
Though the employee said to save money he would only charge a diagnosis fee and freon. He informed me that by Capstone's standards he should charge me $300 for "cleaning the condenser vents" plus the freon. He showed me his official capstone pricing book and showed the area that said "cleaning the condenser" - $300. This seemed shocking to me. The use of my water and my hose for five minutes while during our wait for the condenser, to adjust to the freon, would cost me 300 dollars is absurd.
