I was put into contact with Crawford after I inquired about HVAC service at my local Costco. I had an in-home estimate and Stephen did an awesome job explaining all of my options and was flexible on meeting some competing market rates on financing. During the project, all of the people involved were very kind and professional. They managed their work very well and cleanly.

Any issues I had along the way were quickly managed and I was followed up with along every step. I look forward to working with this team throughout the duration of my equipment!

Technician did a great job. Explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable paying for his services. Crawford Sevices was sent to our home to resolve a problem with a toilet that was slow to drain. The tech said the problem was an internal toilet and the toilet needed to be replaced. The tech stated the toilet lacked throw not sure what that means. The internal workings of the toilet seemed to be functioning properly to me so I questioned the Crawford Techs' opinion and had a different plumbing company come to our home for a second opinion.

The second plumber quickly identified the issue as being with the drain, which was my opinion as well, not the toilet. He extracted a 4-foot web of roots from immediately below the toilet which he had to remove to identify the problem. He then used the main cleanout to make sure there were no additional problems. The Crawford tech also damaged the toilet with multiple scratches marks that cannot be removed with brushing.

I am relieved not to have followed the recommendation of the Crawford tech and gone through the expense and time t replace a toilet that was working fine and would not have resolved anything.

Richard has been taking care of all of our heating and Air Conditioning needs for nearly 20 years. He has become a friend and I trust and value him immensely. Crawford Services is a wonderful company with truly wonderful employees. I highly recommend them to anybody Service: A/C system repair

Rodney was nice, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. He has done our annual service (both heat & A/C) several times & he is very thorough. He always gives us a status report when he's done. Had both systems installed by Crawford Services & they've done the bi-annual service since the first system was installed (replacement for original unit). I recommend them highly for both installation & maintenance. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jason Warren with Crawford services was truly wonderful (which Ive never said about a plumber). He was on time, very professional and most importantly educated me on my issue so that I could get to a resolution (after having three different plumbing companies come out). My family has used Crawford for all our HVAC and plumbing needs from maintenance to repairs for years now. Every technician has been knowledgeable, kind and quick. They've even made sure to give us helpful tips to prevent or maintain things while out here. While they do give broad times to come out when scheduling, they are fantastic about communicating when they're headed over.

They even let you track your technician and send a picture so you know who to expect. On our recent call out, Lee fixed our issue quickly, gave advice on maintenance and offered ideas for helping a few other issues as well. If you're looking for a trusted company who will definitely fix that problem, they're your people!

Armando Delgadillo was professional, introduced himself before coming into the house. Before moving into the hallway he placed his bootees to protect our home. He explained what he was here to do. Asked where thermostats etc were located & went to work. He took away the dirty filters to dispose of them. When he completed everything he took time to explain what he'd done. He is a credit to Crawford Services. If it were possible to request a technician then I'd definitely welcome Armando back.

Crawford came same day to look at my system due to a loud noise. I was offered two choices; one to replace a part, the other to replace the entire system. Due to the age of my heating and air conditioning system I had it replaced. People coming in the home were quiet, kept my home clean, were efficient and friendly even to helping me load an app that allowed me to monitor my system from the phone. People obtained a permit, offered a warranty and gave a choice in payment options. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I used Crawford service from Grand Prairie after purchasing a Lenox AC/hearing system at Costco last winter. Right from the start there were problems. The first night I had the system we did not have heat so I called Crawford (this was on a Sunday) and they tried talking me into a weekday appointment. I was insistent that it had to be that day, which they finally agreed on.

They showed up and told me the installation was done wrong, which he had to fix. And he did within a few hours. Fast forward to hot weather a few months later, And one night I realized I had no AC. So I Put the thermostat to 70 degrees for overnight and it didn't move 1 degree cooler overnight. Nothing but wasting electricity. I called Crawford and they sent out a repairman who said I was totally out of freon.

It was leaking from several places so they had to replace the entire coil system. First the tried telling me they couldn't get the part, but when I said "you're still selling new units, I want one of those" and I was real insistent on it, what a miracle - they managed to find the part. After several confusing phone calls setting up the appointment, It was finally replaced.

So Last night late (November) we had a warm night and I clicked on the AC at 11 PM, set it to 70 while it was reading 73. Several times during the night I checked it, finally at 5am I shut it off, it was still reading 73. I would say, even though you get the better prices via Costco, I would not use this Lenox system. I know they will fight me on a repair, since that's their job to do in saving money and do less repairs on warranty. This system is junk. Don't be fooled by the Coscto sales. While Costco is great, this system is junk.

We gone through Costco HAVC installation service and Crawford Services was our contact for Plano TX. Salesperson Alexia was awesome in plain English explanation and she follow-through the whole process. She was available during the weekend and was able to get us installation within 3 days. The installation team of Manuel and Jose Father and son team was very professional and did a great installation job. The City inspector also commented how clean of a job they did. They did a great job and excellent communication.

Jose Zapata and Kenji Pearce were amazing. Kenji was very polite and professional from the begging. We got our HVAC systems replaced and they were the best. The Zapata team left me with no words. They were on time, very clean and dedicated. I was amazed on how clean and neat job they did on my attic. It is like a piece of art. I am also very amazed by the customer service of Kenji.

He was here to show me how everything was going and took his time to show me how everything works. Jose, stayed until I had full understanding of our new system and air scrubber. I will recommend them all the time hands down. I loved the team Crawford sent for my project.

We recently had both a Lennox Gas Furnace and Lennox 5 ton A/C system installed in our home. After talking to numerous other HVAC companies and gathering bids, we are so happy we found Crawford Services and our sales rep, Kenji. From day one, we knew we had found the right company after Kenji performed his analysis of our existing system and issues. Although, we spend a few more dollars above the other bids, we could not be more pleased with the professional service we received from product knowledge to final installation.

The installation process and the guys who did the install were so professional and knowledgeable. We are forever grateful we found Crawford Services and its team. We could not be happier with our decision and the Lennox system we installed.

Joe Gil has been my technician for a year and he is always professional and on time. He is very thorough explaining my options and any concerns I may have.

Plumbing backed up at 10:30 am on Labor Day. I have a service line warranty so I called them. Nobody came out or called on Labor Day. My husband snaked the line at 6pm so we could use the bathroom. The drains were still slow to drain. I got a call from Crawford services on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 8am I got a call at 7:40 that they were on the way.

At 8:30 nobody had showed up. I was told they would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later at 850 ( almost an hour late) matthew jolly showed up and looked around. One of my outflows was blocked by bushes. He said he didn't have access so I cut the bushes. There was another outflow that I showed him however he wanted access to the blocked one.

Then because there was no water in the outflow line he refused to look for a blockage. He did nothing to resolve my issue. I called service line warranty back. They sent Drain and Plumbing service my information. They called and were at my house within the hour. Awesome service I do recommend because they found the roots in my line in about 10 minutes and will be fixing the problem. Crawford service did not want to fix my blocked drains.

They wanted to deny I had a problem. I will never use Crawford services for anything. Terrible technician. Obviously did not want to have to do any work. Only gave them a star because I had too. They don't deserve even one star

Joe was a great technician and got the a/c working again in just a few minutes. He explained options for how to resolve the issue if it happens again and was very helpful.

First I should say that I did not choose Crawford Services. They were sent by an insurance company I use to do the work, as one of their "trusted" contractors. The repair seems fine. My issue is w/ their clean up work. They left my yard a mess, cut sprinkler lines and landscaping lines. And when asked when they were going to fix these things, they hide behind their agreement w/ the insurance company on what they "are & are not" responsible for. So, if you are going to use these guys make sure you check w/ your landscape company and your sprinkler company to get other quotes for the money you will need to spend after Crawford "fixes" whatever you may have them working on.

Got my two HVAC systems replaced (AC and furnaces). Very professional job done by Polo and Oscar. On time, neat and I loved that they used masks. Highly recommended!

Again Crawford Service has been exceptional. Had a unit go bad and they arranged for a same day tech to come out, after he spent a good part of the day south of DFW on another job. Floyd was tired but even in this heat he took his time to be thorough. We found the unit had it's drain clogged and that was homeowner maintenance. He left and next day I got my compressor up there and found a big wad of build up and pieces of PVC probably left by original install of 2003! Crawford has my business and warranty service for our new Lennox AC units will be well taken care of.

Our most recent tuneup contract has been renewed with great help from Janie who kept us from losing a visit at the end of this year. Maybe Crawford can fix the Covid situation. Hmmm. G

Crawford Services installed our heating and air condition system several years ago (thru Costco). We have continued to use them for our twice yearly service calls. Very happy with every tech they have sent to do our service. They are clean, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Crawford Services.

Joe Gil has been our tech for a while now, and is the best. He is very thorough, gives clear explanations, and does not try to sell you in things you don't need. You feel completely comfortable having him in your home and talking straight with him. I'd recommend Crawford to anyone.

Crawford is awesome. We have been doing business with them for 15 years. Great service. Honest and reputable service people. Today Armando D. did the yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was efficient and helpful, as our unit is quite old. We appreciate having a trustworthy company to call for our heating and a.c. work. Would not call anyone else.

Our A/C unit stopped working today and of course it was 95 degrees out. Called Crawford for around 1:30 and the technician joe Gil showed up a little after 4:30. We're glad that we were able to get somebody out on such short notice. Joe was quick on the diagnosis which was the fan motor. He had everything wrapped up by 6:00. We're happy campers now that it's getting cooler. Our dog definitely appreciates it. Very professional and informative. We Are on a yearly service contract and it's nice to know we can always count on Crawford.

We have been a customer of Crawford Services since 2013. During our maintenance check for the summer, Joe suspected there was a leak in the systems. After a diagnostic test, it was confirmed. The following week, both Floyd and Joe began the process of changing out the bad coils. The job was completed, the units are running efficiently. This is a company who's employees know what they are doing, know what they are diagnosing, and make every effort to make the customer happy. I am a happy customer. I will continue to refer anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing needs to Crawford Services!

We were referred to Crawford Service by Costco so our expectations were high. They not only met our expectations, they far exceeded them! Our job was set as a priority since the existing unit had completely stopped working. Worse, we had contractors in trying to work on the foundation in a miserably hot house. Crawford Service came out and installed a full system in a single day!

The technicians were all very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and the stayed until we understood the new control panel. Two weeks later, our upstairs air conditioner stopped cooling (when it rains it pours!) and we immediately called Crawford Service because we knew they could be trusted. Sure enough, it was only a minor problem and a low-cost repair.

Communication has something to be desired. If you're needing an itemized quote for services, they don't provide those. Prices are higher compared to others.

I always ask for Richard. He is very polite and pleasant to do business with. I have shy-ed away from letting anyone in my home and Crawford Services is reputable and Richard is knows exactly what he is doing. He does his job and leaves, and I know my A/C has been in good hands. I bought my unit from Crawford and know it is an excellent heating/a/c system.

I couldn't have been more WOW'ed from beginning to end. Daniel Moon took the time to educate me with options, and never "sold" me on anything. Misael Rico completed the install with precision - all while taking the time to explain everything. Everything was clean and well executed. Truly blown away by the service and care!
