You must call this company. I was looking for a reputable company to install a 5 zone mini split system. After receiving quotes from several companies, I decided to go with US Heating and Cooling. The owner, Bashar came out to give me a quote and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the project. I received the quote in a timely manner.

They were able to start the project in a couple weeks which fit my schedule perfect. On the day of install they arrived on time with everything ready to go. They were very respectful with making sure to wear their mask, gloves laid down floor coverings and they covered things in the home from dust. Also cleaned up very well when they were done. Overall the project took about 2-1/2 days.

I was so impressed with the communication to the quality of workmanship. It's hard to find a company you can trust! I'm so grateful to have found US Heating and Cooling. I am a customer for life!

Installed 2 Mini-split ductless AC/heating systems. Came very quickly after my initial call to survey my needs and to give me a quote. I accpeted the quote and was scheduled for the install within one week. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and neatly. Cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Very knowledgeable and familiar with mini-split systems. I'm very happy with the final result. Two units installed in about 6 hours.

Sunday night at 6pm on a holiday weekend record highs of 110 in East County, Mr. Bashar Antoon arrived after I am sure a long hard day. He was very sweet with my 2 year old who wants to participate in everything and the first words out of his mouth was "this is fixable". He didn't try to sell me a new AC unit despite ours being 15 years old. He immediately found out what was wrong, had the part, fixed it and did a maintenance check all in under 20 minutes and under full supervision of my toddler.

I was expecting my wallet to get hit hard because of the timing but was pleased to find a very fair and reasonable price. I will recommend Bashar at US heating and cooling to all of my neighbors and friends!

Great for repairs as well as installation of an entire HVAC system. We have done both with US Heating and And Cooling. Bashar Antoon first repaired our aging A/C Carrier unit in 2015. Of course the compressor died in a heat wave. My mother had recommended US Heating and Cooling because of her positive experience. We called them and they were out within 2 hours to repair our unit, at a reasonable price.

At the time, we asked him "how much to replace our original system" and he gave us a ballpark figure. Our A/C compressor's capacitors died again in May 2020 and Bashar came to repair it so it worked through the summer. We got bids to replace our 33 year old HVAC system, including one through one of Costco's programs which included a 20% discount Costco gift card. US Heating and Cooling's bid was very close to his original estimate in 2015 and the final price was reasonable and fair. The installation began at 7am. They wore masks and placed drop cloths to protect my flooring. By 2pm, the work was completed and they neatly cleaned up.

I had a mini split a/c and heating system installed by U S Heating and Cooling. Bashar was the person who came out to do the initial estimate and also did the installation. His was the second estimate I received. I originally planned to get one more, but decided to go with US Heating and Cooling because the price was so much more reasonable than my first estimate and I really liked Bashar's knowledge and demeanor. Bashar came up with creative solutions for some problems that presented themselves.

The final product was everything I'd hoped for. I was out of town during installation. Bashar kept me informed of the progress. He made a follow up visit (after the check was cashed) to follow up with me and answer all of my questions regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of the system. I highly recommend this company.

This is a fair and honest business. A competitor came to repair my A/C and told me it would be $15K for a new system because my current system was in not repairable. Mr. Antoon from US Heating and Air came out, fixed the system for less than $500.00. In addition to a fair price, the customer service was exceptional. US Hearing and Air displayed concern for my needs from the receptionist who answered the phone all the way to the technician performing the work. I can't say enough good things about them.

Last week my A/C unit failed to start. I called an undisclosed company certified to work on Carrier units and they priced me $900 for a circuit card. Having worked on chill water systems in the Navy, I found this price clearly overboard. I was referred to US heating and cooling who is also certified to work on Carrier units. Bashar Antoon's business card states "Your most trusted HVAC Contractor". Folks this company answers to calls, follows up, executes the profession's due diligence and absolutely lived up to "Trusted HVAC Contractor" US Heating and Cooling save me hundreds of dollars now my go to company for any future A/C matters. Had a Mini-split system installed today. They were on time, completed the job very professionally and left the premises after instructing me on its use, warranty etc, in a very neat and clean manner. Their quote increased as it had been over 3 months old ( product annual increases) but felt it was still a fair prize, as they recommended the best rated unit. I am satisfied and would trust them for future use

Rip-off. $300 for two $6.00 fuses. I could live with a fair service call for $90 maybe, for the 15 minute call. But these guys did not even consider cutting me slack on such an easy job. I would never recommend or use these guys EVER! I guess I'm partly to blame for not checking the dang slow burn fuses myself.

Excellent service and great pricing! They gave me all the right ideas on how I should run my cooling and heating system.

Dont use this business, Use someone else. They charged $195 telling us loose wire. Air was not fixed and we wanted refund, they insisted on checking it again. Second visit he said that is the way it runs. Didn't do anything. Hotest time of year and is was 94 degrees in house. We called liberty mechanical, owner came and fixed our unit. It was dirty coils.

A representative came to my home a month ago to gather information to do an estimate for installing a new A/C system. After he finished, he said he would be in touch the next day with the estimate. I never heard from him again.

I had a huge problem with my air conditioning, and I couldn't find someone I was comfortable with to help me. I called different places and I got different estimates, and someone referred me US heating and cooling. I met Bashar, he came to my house and fixed my air conditioner. He's very friendly! And the price wasn't bad at all! Totally recommend them!

Do not trust this company! They are crooks who over charged us four times the cost of what it was to fix our unit. The tech was not only late 3 hours to our appointment but he took advantage of my limited knowledge of hvac systems. We found out that our neighbors with the same unit and same problem fixed their unit with a licensed tech for much much less. Shame on you and your shady business practices. Never again! I will be reporting you to the BBB.

How sad to say.but do not use this business. I wanted to keep the business local, because this is where I live. Tech was late, although the appt was at 9:00 a.m. We called office at 9:30 a.m. and only then we were informed that he would be late. He was at the house for about 20 minutes, and said he would personally drive by the house on Thursday(3 days after initial appt) and drop off an estimate, (because then I would have my others) and I would be able to compare all of them. NEVER HAPPENED. I called today and come to find out, he forgot about getting me an estimate. So unfortunately, I have learned my lesson and will be going else where.
