We had Lawrence H. from Air Temperature Specialists come out recently and service an AC unit that we had almost all given up on. He had the unit up and running within 20 minutes and his customer service was unbeatable. We will definitely be using Air Temperature Specialist again. Thanks again Lawrence! 11/19/2021 UPDATE: My apartment complex needed assistance with a water heater and since we had such an amazing experience using Air Temperature Specialist in the past, we reached out again for some assistance again. Anthony and Tim were sent over to assist us and they were so incredibly amazing.

Great company with excellent customer service, from the girls in the office to Jeff the skilled, friendly, and considerate technician who repaired our AC. I would highly recommend Air Temp Specialists, and will use them again anytime in the future if needed. We had our AC system damaged by a hack warranty company trying to shake us down for unneeded costs.
We called Air Temp Specialists for a second opinion, and Jeff came in to the rescue! He had us back online in a few hours, and months later the system is still running perfectly.

After having multiple issues with the heating and A/C in our unit, Anthony was sent out to resolve the issue. I can say that, from opening the door, we were in the right hands. Anthony was beyond caring and courteous, very friendly. He had a mission to make sure my family would taken care of this winter and went above expectations. Very thankful for the technician you guys sent out, if another issue does arise I hope we can get the same level of care Anthony gave us.

I needed to replace my 16 year old AC unit which tanked on the hottest day of the year. Air Temperature Specialists came out the next morning, assessed my situation and recommended a phenomenal energy efficient unit as a replacement. The very next day Anthony and Jeff were at my house installing the new unit. Installation only took 2 hours and things were getting back to normal.
They were extremely professional and courteous. Explained the details of my new unit and the various benefits I'd be receiving because my new unit is many times more efficient than my old one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks guys!

Hired Air Temp Specialists to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC. Josh and Austin showed up right on time as scheduled. They were very professional. It took about 8 hours to complete the the job. Very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with at ATS are very friendly and helpful from the owner on down.

Air Temperature Specialists were amazing! Laurence walked me through every step and got me set up with a brand new AC unit and furnace. There was no high pressure sales. He was honest and knowledgeable. A week later, Josh, Jacob and Jillian showed up to install the new equipment. Josh explained exactly what was going on and how it was going to happen. His team was super professional, trustworthy and cleaned up after themselves after a long 10 hour day. Highly recommend!

Air Temperature Specialist - did an awesome job! Lawrence was on time, explained everything perfectly and checked in with me several times on his progress. He was clean, courteous and thorough. I have to expand my review. The team at Air Temperature Specialist did a great job trying to save my old AC unit. We had to move forward with replacing our old unit. The work the team did was top notch and we got an extremely fair deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
