Dominic and Mike replaced the gas furnace and gas hot water heater at my mother's home in East Meadow. Both were trustworthy professionals and worked efficiently. Since the units were old, they replaced pipes and lines as needed. They were courteous with my elderly mother, and left her home as neat as it had been before the extensive work. I would highly recommend this company!

Not sure why others gave a low rating but as far as I concern Bel-mar was courteous and reliable. I called the night before for an emergency oil delivery and they explained that could not help with delivery that evening but they called bright and early the next morning and asked what I needed and delivered the oil I needed in a quick an timely manner. All I can say is Thanks for coming through when I needed your help.

Excellent! So far they have always been quick to deliver & reasonably priced! No complaints, I usually use CODFUEL.com to order but may be getting a contract with them for the upcoming season. My burner mechanic said the fuel looks clean which to me means they maintain their trucks clean out the tanks & drain water.

I order heating oil from them occasionally, since I'm not tied to a seasonal contract. But the last time I ordered from them, they damaged the hood of my car. The driver double parked his truck(as most of them have to do) alongside my car. Then he pulled out the long and heavy hose to bring to the side of my house. But in doing so, he dragged it along the hood of my car!.
Of course it scratched up the hood. I called the office to complain about this, and of course he didn't believe me, even saying that even if he did it, the hose is soft anyway and wouldn't scratch the car. Well the hose is always being dragged on the ground, it's heavy and picks up pebbles and dirt along the way. So he kept denying that his driver would even have done it, until I told him that I have video of him doing it, since I have a surveillance camera facing the street. AHA!
So he asked for the video, since he STILL wouldn't trust me, and I emailed it to him along with pictures of the hood that clearly show all the scratches. I get a call back and he apologizes for the driver and said what else do you want from us, like a $10 or $15 credit on the next order? I was incredulous! Really? If I did that to your car and offered you $10, would you be happy with that?
I didn't think so! I said just forget it and haven't ordered from them since. First they don't believe me, then they insult me. I'll give my $500 orders of oil to anyone else except them.
