Hired them to install a faucet and hook up our dishwasher to our new sink. We found them on the recommendation of our local hardware store. They refused to provide an initial quote before starting the job, ended up charging us $720 for 2 hours of work. I am convinced that we could have found a plumber who could have done this for less for a comparable quality of work.

I called them at 9am about my broken water heater and they were there within 20 minutes. Within three hours they had removed my old and broken heater and installed a new one! They helped me move my dryer out of the way as well which was a big task. They were so professional and quick. I was really impressed. Service: Water heater installation

Contacted Greenfield Plumbing & Heating early this morning. There was no availability for a plumber to come out and rectify the issue. However upon hearing that the homeowner was elderly the owner Joe (as well as his son Joe) arrived within the hour and fixed the problem. I highly recommend using their services. Aside from being informed, skilled and efficient. They are kind and thoughtful. Thank you for your help and consideration.

After Greenfield's heroic efforts to continue keeping our old boiler alive over several seasons it finally needed parts that were no longer produced (we checked the Manufacturer). Greenfield took the time to attempt to secure the part at various supply houses but when efforts failed they proposed a new high efficiency replacement. Our process of evaluating the situation was made so much easier by the professional, courteous, knowledgeable and no-pressure staff who took the time to fully explain our options and the scope of the replacement efforts.
The experienced installation team they sent could not have been more respectful of our home. They covered the stair rugs and finished basement with thick covering and safeguarded the walls and surrounding railings as they removed a large old boiler and brought in the replacement and related piping, installation equipment and tools. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed and explained by the installers. Greenfield also secured the proper permits and in their contract guaranteed that their installation was going to be code compliant.
After completing the installation Greenfield secured an appointment with the village inspector to examine their work. The building inspector upon evaluating the work remarked that this was a really good job and advised that the permit was satisfied/closed. For the last few years we found Greenfield exceptional for HVAC maintenance and we can now say their complex installations are also excellent. We would not take a chance on using any other firm.

These guys are the only company that would tackle what we were told was a complicated radiator job. We had been trying for months to find someone and were so grateful we checked with Greenfield. They did a very professional and efficient job, and they did it for less than anyone else had quoted us. We've tried many plumbers and these guys are by far the most professional and really know what they're doing. Excellent follow-up service, too. Communication from the office was also friendly and responsive.

I have used Greenfield Plumbing & Heating several times for my own residence but I am personally writing a review about the great service they did for my elderly mom last month. The two technicians were very sincere and honest about the work needed to be done for the central a/c that was not working. They were extremely knowledgeable and told us the real deal - other companies would have just told me to replace the whole system even if not necessary but it was a simple fix.
They were able to locate the blower part quickly and returned the same day to put the part in. The best part was the bill was a lot lower than I anticipated and they even gave us a small discount at the end! I usually only called them for plumbing repairs - but knowing they are HVAC and heating specialists is a huge plus! I now have them on speed dial- thanks Greenfield
