Services
By 1969, Adam H. Moyer was ready to venture into his own Plumbing and Heating business. He had been working for a local Plumber named Henry Schell, enjoying the work but all the while having a desire to make it on his own. That year he took the plunge, hiring one employee and doing all the purchasing, billing and estimating himself, while working long hours in the field. Out of those humble beginnings emerged one of the most respected and successful plumbing and heating operations in Lebanon County.
Coupled with these services we also have the ability to camera and record pipes/lines to locate possible issues and to provide verification that the service provided was complete and adequate. Photographs of a recent completed project for a local municipality. The project included jetting and cleaning several hundred feet of 8" and 12" sanitary sewer and recording effectiveness via sewer camera.

Chris, from AH Moyer, promptly arrived, easily accessed the problem, in an old Mount Gretna cottage. A huge root ball, at an obscure location, in the clay pipe was fixed completely in a few days. Chris's expertise was needed to repair a problem that may have existed for decades and protected my beloved home from future flooding. Thank you Chris, Tyler, Vince and, Susan.

We had our furnace/AC serviced a total of 4 times in the course of a year with no resolution. They "fixed" the problem by unfreezing our AC unit, which leaked all over the furnace and shorted out the board. Then they suggested spraying a solution in the coolant line to fix any leaks. Since they didn't have any on them at the time, they were going to charge us another $150+ just to come out again and spray it.
Then in the Fall, as suspected, our furnace went out because of the short. They came out once just to turn the unit off, since they didn't have the materials they needed to fix it, of course. We really didn't think they would charge us to just flip a switch, but they indeed charged us about $150. They came back and replaced the board, charging us AGAIN.
The AC kicked on this spring and you guessed it, its all frozen up again. In the course of a year, we had it serviced 4 times and have been charged close to $900. What did they do? Rinse the AC coil, charge the unit, flip a switch and replace a circuit board. Quotes we received from other companies were less than half that amount. I guess other companies actually bring materials they'll most likely use to a site.
Customer service was very unfavorable as well. During the time our furnace was out, we continuously attempted to find out when they would be back to finish the job (after turning off the unit). The customer service rep could not give us a date but said she would get back to us very soon. I received the same answer two more times from them. It was two weeks later that we finally heard back from them. We went 4 weeks in October with now heat. In other words, unless you want to continuously pay for ridiculous charges and not have anything fixed, avoid this business.
