They are always courteous and polite - from the initial conversation with Joann to the service provided by their technicians. Larry has been out several times for maintenance on my heating and AC system, and he is always friendly and respectful of my property. He shared photos of his new grand baby last time he was here.such a proud grandpa!

Our central air unit stopped working over the holiday weekend. I called on a Tuesday, they were able to come out the same day. Our central air unit needed replaced. With sheer luck, they had a new slightly used unit available that they were able to put in on Thursday. In the mean time, they loaned us 2 AC units until replacement was completed. Great service all around. Will recommend to others and will continue to use them for further services.

Our first experience with them and it was wonderful! JoAnn over the phone was very pleasant to spreak with, got our appointment scheduled right away. They called while on their way, did the job quickly, cleaned after. We got our water line hooked up to our new fridge and Dillon did a great job. We will definitely use them again and will recommend the to our family and friends.

Our heat went out on early Sunday morning when it was 18 degrees. Since we have an infant in the house it was critical to have heat restored. Called Buffington and David, a tech came out within an hour. After evaluating the problem he found the failure but couldn't complete the repair since he had to contact a supplier. He assured me this was a priority and said he would call early Monday morning to advise of part availability and when they could install it.
As promised they called early Monday and scheduled a visit for 10am. Despite heavy snow and bad roads, tech Larry came and installed the part restoring the heat. Thank you for the prompt and excellent service when it was truly an emergency.

Buffington was once again absolutely amazing to work with! I've been using them for years and I am so impressed by their professionalism and expertise. No need to look anywhere else! At routine maintenance for my gas boiler, the technician noted an area of slight leaking in the copper pipes. Larry came and removed those areas that were faulty and replaced them with new copper piping.
He did it quickly and efficiently and very professionally as always. I'm so happy that I was able to find Buffington. The receptionist is absolutely amazing! I've never had a better customer experience! She's professional, thoughtful and very sweet! The gentlemen who came to install a new boiler and thermostat were pleasant, kind and courteous to my tenant and myself. They were professional and came prepared to complete the installation in one visit. After installation was complete, they ensured working condition and checked all the radiators in the house to make sure everything was working from the boiler to the rooms throughout the house.
I appreciate all that was done. Only ran into one unforeseeable issue, and even that was addressed professionally and honestly. Just waiting for the estimate of the cost to repair the pipes.
