The ownership team of Ed Dieker and Charlie Judge has over 80 years of combined air conditioning experience. They have been integral parts of the solid foundation of Superior since the early 1970's.
Superior Heating and Cooling installs each product we sell for the customer from start to finish. We put air conditioners in the best position outside your home, put up thermostats in the hallway near the bedrooms, and incorporate air purification systems with the rest of your heating and cooling system.

Have had Superior for semi annual maintenance of my HVAC for over 10years. When it came time to replace my 16 year old system I called them. The cost was very competitive and the installation manager, Billy, and his crew went the extra mile to take care of the project!

Charged my 82 year old mom $335 for a service call and didn't make sure the unit was working. When I called, they would only suggest to replace the whole unit. They charged $75 per pound of refrigerant. I talked to a competitor who charges $45 per pound. We won't be giving them any more business.

Second review of this place.and still they don't care. They recommended a company that they partner with to clean our air vents. The service man went up in the crawl space/attic and pulled the air intake filter, and the photo is a non retouched look at what he found. Apparently when they finally fixed a flex hose in September they drug it through the insulation and this is what we've been breathing.

We now need duct work replaced, and today we got a call that they aren't even able to look it until several weeks from now. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a heating and cooling company.

We were visited by one of the most misogynistic and absolutely rude serviceman we have ever met. From the moment he entered the house he was pedestrian in his tone, and told us he had other customers to visit who had worse problems then we did. Our new AC/heating unit was installed at the end of March - it worked perfectly through the second week of August, and since that time, has not been able to hold the temperature.

We set it at 73 degrees, and on many occasions have had it rise to 80+ even in nighttime hours. Our serviceman told us we were "lucky" to only have it rise a few degrees, and that we cannot expect it to hit the temperature that it is set at because it's "Florida, and it's hot and humid." He argued about weather, and said "I watch it every day and we're in some hot streaks." A quick look at average temps for our area show only a 1 degree rise between July and August.

We DO NOT want this individual in our house ever again. He constantly inferred that he was an expert in the business and we were just two women (elder mother/daughter), and used the intimidation factor. My mother was close to tears. They've lost 3-4 service people in the last month (why?), and we were told that there are only a few service people remaining and they need to prioritize. DON'T use Superior Heating and Cooling - unfortunately, we're stuck with them.

I'm extremely pleased with my new air conditioning unit that I needed to replace. Robby Murray came to my house reviewed my requirements and came up with a new A/C system that meet all my needs at an fair price. They temporarily repaired my broke unit until my new air conditioner came in. It was extremely hot and I was very thank full for their efforts to keep my family comfortable.

The installers did a great job and were extremely respectful of our house. Paul the technician took a great deal of time to make sure we understood our air conditioner and answered all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new air conditioning system for a fair price. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase.

These guys are the best. AC failed on Saturday evening of Labor Day Weekend. Called at 7:45 AM Sunday. Had a return call before 8 AM. Tech was here by 10 AM. Diagnosis, new part installed, and all working before 11 AM Price was reasonable for an off hours service call. I could not ask for better service. I've also used them for an HVAC replacement at another house and their price was over $1000 better than competitors for the same product. Great company to do business with.

Had an after hours emergency call Superior was quick to respond Richard in service was top notch professional and we had our air back up and running in no time. Would strongly recommend Superior for New Air Conditioning, Replacement or service. They are just the best there is.

Estimate to run a new duct 300-400 bill 545 no explanation why higher. No vent because no ceiling. I called to verify I paid for job in full before asking for the vent. No one called crew showed up with a vent. This is the only one we got. Do you want us to install it? No I will. Then get a bill for $95 for vent and installation. Leaving the vent at my front door is installation?

Left messages for several months and email with no response. I feel I paid for job in full at $545. Would think a vent would be included with a new duct. Refusing to return phone calls or emails over many months.

They are scammers. Have called my 85 yo mother repeatedly and have come out to her home for no good reason. Do not use them. When I called and spoke with the manager, Mark, he was not very receptive and denied they had done anything wrong.

We had two new Trane ACs installed by Superior last year. Robby and the install guys were great but we then had trouble with one of the new condensers. The part was ordered and it was fixed within a couple weeks. During the repair, the plastic cover was broken, George found it during a bi-annual service call and brought it to his boss's attention who attempted to order the part.

The new part was eventually obtained and George replaced it without a hitch. Overall, we are very happy with the equipment and the service. Their price on the Trane equipment was a little better than a competitor and they offer good service. I did have trouble with communication. They don't have a phone label for my caller ID, and they didn't leave a message for the bi-annual service(?!). But George did leave a message for the repair (thank you).

Had Robby come out for a price quote to install a Mini Split system. Robby had the best recommendation and pricing. Units were installed and working great!

My father in law passed away and we prepared to sell the home. I noticed it needed a furnace filter. I found a reciept for work that had been preformed by Superior in the recent past. So I called and spoke to Storm and explained that he had passed away and I wanted to replace the filter. She looked up the account came back on the phone and said the Service fee will be $105.00 and $48.00 for the filter.

I said since he was a good customer in the past could we get a break on the price. She said No, we called three times to warn him his contract was going to expire and he never responded. I said really! he was very sick. She said I am sorry but that's the price. I would have recommended Superior to the new home owner had they done the right thing, but not now. By the way I found the filter on Amazon for $46.00 with free two day delivery

I'm on my fourth call to Superior. Each time they act like they have never had a call from me. I go all through all my info and they said they will call 15 min before they come. I received a call from the tech that he is coming. It's was 5:00. He called me back 10 min later and said his manager wanted him to go to another call first. It's 6:15 now and still waiting.
