Extremely clean courteous and professional! Not only installing my new condenser air handler and thermostat but explaining little details and pointing out things that will vastly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my air conditioner moving forward! These guys are the real deal and I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I can't say enough great things about the owner, Perry, and his team. Our A/C was broken. They gave us a good price AND were able to install the new unit the very next day. Everything about the entire team were professional. I would highly recommend!

Needed an emergency service call done, we called several companies and talked to Perry at Air Comfort. He was able to get us into his schedule and fixed the problem at a very fair price. Thank you Perry!

Had a service agreement with Air Comfort services. Called them for service as AC was not cooling. Technician came and indicated AC working with no issues, and was charged for service call. Continued to feel AC not cooling, called another company that found missing freon. AC worked fine after. Complained to Air Comfort services about this. Owner was rude, after much debate, he decided to issue a refund, but dropped my service agreement. Would avoid dealing with them

Cost $300 for the service call and some chemicals sprayed on the coils. Driver gets paid from location to location. So got paid to drive to our location by us. Call him driver because cooler still not working. Won't get below 58 degrees. A repair man would have repaired it. Won't reccommend to cool off my dogs. Calling a different company.

As an active Realtor/Broker, I have been working with Air Comfort for over 25 years. My clients and I love Air Comfort. They are reliable and honest. I can call and tell them of an air conditioning challenge and they respond. The costs are always competitive. The technicians are polite and informative. Yesterday, Air Comfort installed a new air conditioner in a home for a seller who is out of town.

I was there to let them in. We found out that the other air conditioning companies that had worked on the old air conditioner never told the seller that the duct work in the attic had become disconnected. Air Comfort fixed the duct work as part of doing a quality job at no extra charge. I give them 5 stars.

First time user, however previous home owner used Air Comfort since 2011.so I stuck with their service, was not disappointed, prompt and professional service! Steve was the technician today, and he was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Steve.

Used coupon from ValPack to have maintenance on my air conditioner on 2/16/2016. The service man was very "creepy", having long, personal, and, what I felt was, inappropriate conversation about his personal life, his girlfriend, his breakups, how wonderful he was. I kept trying to end conversation and walk him to door, but it was difficult to get him to move on. WORSE YET.

I come home from vacation and find the unit dripping water. This was 7/28/2016, not even six weeks later. Called a different company because I did not want that man in my house again. The problem was simply a clogged line. which should have been cleared with the previous maintenance. Also, the service man from Air Comfort had bent the metal brackets that hold the front panel in place and just taped over them to keep the panel in place, also did not replace the cover that goes over the filter. I now have water and mold damage caused by this service tech's incompetence. Do not use this company.

Perry is the best. Wonderful personality, more than fair and awesome service. He fixed my AC when 3 other companies failed. He took plenty of his time to figure out what the true problem was rather than try to sell me a new unit from the get go. He is the ONLY AC person I will use! Kim

They were awsome, called them Saturday morning n they came over right away, the technition was very professional, informative n courteous, . The price was very fair and honest. As a single mother its hard to find honest, professional, companies, I would definitely recommend them and happy to have found a dependable company.
