Called because our air conditioning stopped working on the longest, hottest day. They came to us the next morning, at the scheduled time. Team was knowledgeable and courteous. Got a temporary fix in place while they wait for parts. Very pleased with the service! Service: A/C system repair

We had some issues with A/C yesterday and we called Bounds immediately to have it checked out. They were able to schedule the appointment the next day and did offer emergency assistance. Andy was extremely professional and reviewed every bit of our system. All throughout gave updated and gave us information. I would definitely have them service and repair all HVAC issues.

Customer service person was very polite and got someone to my home within an hour on a Saturday morning. The technician was a nice young man who immediately figured out my problem and had it fixed, also in an hour's time. I went from having no air conditioning in my home on a Saturday morning to having a technician get here, fix my issue and was on his way to his next appointment all within a two hour period! I'm not sure customer care gets much better than that! Right On, Bounds!

The technician, Alejandro serviced 2 complete systems for us. He arrived on time, later in the day and spent a good amount of time servicing both units. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing. He appeared to not take any shortcuts even though one unit was in the ceiling he went up there at least 3 times. It was well last quitting time and he was wrapping up the job moved his tools and then washed out both condensers and cleaned up.

He did a great job and Bounds Heating and Air has performed as always having a great employees to do their work and getting the job taken care of. 5 stars for timeliness, professionalism, reliability and capable employees.

My technician was outstanding! He came in the evening around 7 and I could see he was tired from working all day. He wore his mask which I appreciated. He was very polite and courteous. He checked out our nearly new unit and figured out it was not the unit but a problem in the breaker box which he resolved. I was very appreciative that he kept looking for the problem even when it was not obvious what was going on and restored our heating ability. Very impressed with this young man. It was 32 last night and the heater went out. Bill came out this morning and had the system fixed very quickly. Fast, Fair and Effective! Doesn't get any better than that!

When I attempted to turn heat on nothing was happening. Called Bounds since they have maintained my system for a few years, I called at apx. 3:10 pm and they were at my door by 4:00. They took door off and immediately saw a wire was left unattached and put it back on and it works perfectly now. There was ZERO charge! The gent that performed the last maintenance service had inadvertently left the wire off when he was testing the system.

Have the semi-annual maintenance program. This program works quite well for me. Technicians are always courteous, professional, & always take the time to review & explain what services they have performed. Bounds Heating and Air has been great since their first visit. Very professional and helpful and went above and beyond that our needs were satisfied. A second unit was dispatched to help with damper motor issue not working upstairs and the rooms becoming very hot. They didn't leave until completion of their full assessment and unit performed as expected after providing an alternate solution while the bad part is replaced in near future. I'm very happy with service and solutions they provided.

Robert Bounds and Bounds Heating and Air are the best! About 6 weeks ago our A/C started tripping our breaker intermittently. We had multiple local A/C companies and an Electrician come out to our house but unfortunately, the problem was not that easy to diagnose. After already spending a considerable amount with no resolution, we were referred to Robert. Robert took my call directly and talked me through the issue and offered some input.

He then sent his technician to our home. The Tech was professional, friendly, thorough and even spoke to Robert directly for more input on the issue. After spending over an hour, he found the root cause of the problem that others had missed. The technician then placed an order for the broken part and since it was under warranty we didn't have to pay for it!

That same afternoon he sent his install guy out and he did an amazing job. Robert went well above and beyond, he will be our first call in the future! We will also recommend him to everyone we know! Thank you so much, Robert and Bounds Heating and Air!
