AC capacitor went out late Saturday night. Called 1st thing Sunday morning. Weekend warrior responded while on another service call. Was on seen and diagnosed issue in a matter of minutes. Was repaired within 3 hours of my initial call for service. Due to my service contract, it was extremely reasonable for a weekend issue. Now we're back I'm comfort. Thank you.

I have used Comfort Temp for many years. Their receptionists and service reps are professional and knowledgeable. Ken has been the tech for some evaporator coil problems and he is very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Comfort Temp.

Ok so Comfort Temp from the initial phone call to the professional people on staff who helped us with our new system installed at our home! The best hands down!, we just had our final home inspection and the inspector stated "When it is done right, It's easy!" Blew me away! Just a really good job done by this team that I have to tell everyone I come into contact with! Thank you, thank you for doing such a good job!

So far so good! Drew showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and polite. The company was extremely communicative. I got a call ahead of time, an email and a text with the employee that would be coming. It felt safe and professional. They are ordering a part now and I look forward to an affordable fix. Thanks. This was a great experience. We bought the house last May and comfort temp allowed the previous owner to transfer the yearly contract that had just renewed to us. The first maintenance went well, very professional. Our A/C system went out in early March. Basically as soon as it got hot enough to turn on again in FL. We called and left a message Sunday night, and had Michael call us back Monday morning saying he had a slot open up and would count it as our second bi-annual maintenance so no charge (literally less than 24 hours). Unfortunately, the 17 year old A/C had finally given up.

We asked how much to fix it as we don't have the money to replace it. He said unfortunately cause it's old it will be a lot. $1800 to fix it, and I can see where it will leak next and that's $2800. Could be a month could be 6 but in 6 months we'll spend $4600. He said for the price of $6900 we can get you a whole new system that is warranties for 10 years.

We got a loan and we are freaking thrilled. Twice as energy efficient, installers were amazingly professional. Went above and beyond to get everything squared away and up to code including adding in proper drain lines so we didn't need a fritzy condensate pump in the corner. Even went up and checked and repaired a duct that had come loose over the years (Joseph said our ducts were solid, needed to be cleaned but solid now that they got them situated). Anyway, all around 10/10 would recommend.

This is the only AC company I will use. I have many rental properties and also do flips and they handle any and all needs that I have. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. I wouldn't trust my AC in Florida to anyone else.

This review is LONG overdue - We had an issue on one of the hottest days of 2021. We called several different companies; either to be hung up on or told they wouldn't be able to make it out until the following business day (4 days later). I found this company, called and was greeted with such a lovely receptionist. They told us they could have someone out within a few hours and sure enough they did!

They were prompt and professional in not only calling when the tech was on the way but also sending me an alert via text. When the technician (Drew Reddish) arrived he was EXTREMELY polite and professional. He never rushed us and answered all our questions PLUS more! He even informed us the piece that had broke on the system was warranties for another 27 days. What are the odds? I'm very pleased and will certainly be using their services for any future needs. I highly recommend requesting Drew if you call too!

I highly recommend Comfort Temp! It was a pleasure using them, from scheduling the appointment to receiving the report. They are kind, responsive, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They cleaned the lines, tested the heat and air, and replaced the filters. Chris told us how the system works, explained everything, and wrote everything in a report. I highly recommend having their maintenance plan.

Mike has been our consistent tech, I like that. He knows our system so we don't have to explain anything. He's always prompt and professional.

This company is the most professional business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They replaced our gas furnace/AC. All of the Comfort Temp people we have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable, clean cut, informative and they show up when they say plus you get a text saying they are coming with a picture of the technician. They are not the first company we have had to look at this job but they were the best choice.

As always Comfort Temp goes to great lengths to provide professional services. Nothing is missed and we feel very confident they will stand by their work. The equipment is high quality and we trust that it will serve us for many years. This is our second install with Sam and his assistant (I apologize for not remembering his name.)Very capable young men, cleaned up everything and answered all of our questions. Did a wonderful job!

And of course Rolando, who came to do the estimate is so very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Many thanks to all from the office staff on up. We definitely trust Comfort Temp with our HVAC needs.

We are very happy with Comfort Temp! They keep in close touch about appointments, letting us know when they are on the way here. We have a maintenance contract and when we called about an issue, they saved us money by suggesting we could wait a couple days to address it at the time of our regular visit. Mike Blackwelder was most helpful in detecting an issue we didn't know we had. Our heating has been greatly improved because of that.

Ken S. showed up early in their two hour period and did a good job on our semi-annual maintenance. We have had the maintenance contact before and had to call to set up a visit. Now they called ahead and set up the visit when it was convenient for us. We are happy with Comfort Temps work.

Mike was able to arrive an hour early, which was fantastic. He fully explained everything, successfully did battle with a very clogged drain line, and gave me a quote for a replacement unit when I requested it. My mom has used Comfort Temp for years, and can I see why! Great job at a very reasonable price.

The technicians that came out to my house to clean our clothes dryer vent were friendly, dependable, timely and cleaned up the area where they worked. I would recommend this company!
