George was amazing. Jeremy has been doing our service calls before we had to replace a AC unit that was over 20 years old. Friendly, affordable, on time reliable, caring very good work very trusting. The crew they sent out to do the installation very nice very helpful. Never new they were here when they left cleaned up after themselves one thing they left a new ac cooling the house now feeling good. I would recommend them for all your AC and heating needs.

Our AC went out like all others do, during a heat wave. I called six companies in efforts to have someone come out. Most places gave me 5-7 days and, "we'll put you on a waiting list" or they said they'd call me back. John was the only one of four companies to call me back after promising to do so. We undoubtedly got lucky as he was able to squeeze us in.
He was prompt, friendly, fast and got our AC working quite quickly. I highly recommend them and will use them over other AC repair businesses in the Springfield area. Couldn't be happier with these guys. In a time where so few businesses even try anymore, this was a pleasant surprise. 10/10!

I highly recommend Yard Heating and Cooling. My air conditioner was not cooling and I called for service. They sent a technician, Jeremy, out on the same day I called. Jeremy was very professional and courteous and explained what needed repaired, and had my air running by early afternoon. Service: A/C system maintenance

Highly recommend! Service was above and beyond when I called during the ice/snow storm to get my furnace going. Gave me a temp fix and had a new one installed a week later. They are very professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. George came and discussed our options and we made a decision and they came the next day to install a new air conditioner and furnace. Finished all in one day and cleaned up like they were never there. The product is excellent we could tell the same night how much cooler the house was and the air quality was better. We did not have to use our ceiling fans like we did before. We would definitely recommend The Yard Heating and Cooling.

If you are still debating on putting off repairs or not sure on who to call, just go ahead and call these guys. They are very friendly and helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. They came right away, fixed my problem and got my system up and running better than ever in one quick service. And the best part was the bill was shockingly low. I was expecting to pay way more. I have been using Yard Heating and Cooling for over 10 Years. Our Trane HVAC system was about 25 years old and it was finally time to replace it. With 2 complete units and 1 being in the attic I knew it would be quite the chore to get that one replaced. George asked if there was anything we would like to improve on with a new system. We have a sun room that the current system did not cover.
He suggested a split system that would add a unit to that area. George provided a couple options. Decided on the Mitsubishi and They got started within a week. The Installers area all super, Very considerate and friendly. They did an amazing job installing the system. They protected all areas with runners and cleaned work areas daily before they left.
The install was better then expected as they found a way to get lines to all the systems with no lines on the outside of our house. They went above expectations. Our new system is so quiet and we only have 1 outdoor unit now for the whole house. Sun room stays comfortable. I can not say enough about how Personal and Professional service they provide. This level of service is getting rare these days. A+++++ Thank you again for all you do.
