Nick came the same day and fixed the furnace in our service center's garage. Lisa was professional and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ace Mechanical came out to my house and replaced my furnace, which I'd been having issues with for a while. The furnace replacement was easy and efficient, didn't take long at all. I also liked that they gave me an estimate before starting the work so I could plan around my schedule.

I had a great experience with Ace Mechanical! They were very quick to respond to my call and come out to my house. They did an excellent job installing a new furnace, and the heating repair service was just as good. I will definitely hire them again!

Ace Mechanical was the only ones who could fix my furnace after having three other contractors look at it. They have the right tools an equipment to get the job done right the first time. They also offered me some good advise on what to do in the future when my old AC outside unit fails. I give them a 5 star and will call them when needed. Dave.

Great company! They installed new vents for the roof, new duct work for a dryer. They put AC in our old two story house that had no duct work! It was quick and painless, and the price was very reasonable. We appreciate their knowledge and professionalism.

We had 3 estimates for a new furnace and AC in Taylorville. Ace was recommended by a friend. Ace was by far the best price and we were impressed with the employees knowledge and care for our concerns. They installed our system a couple weeks ago and everything is great!!!

5 star service! The night before we left for vacation our AC went out. We discovered this at 10:30 pm. The next morning we called (as new customers) in a panic. John was at our house in 30 minutes and had our AC fixed in 20 minutes! The price was awesome and customer service top notch! They are now our go to for mechanical issues! Thanks so much John! They were simply amazing. I called and they tried to talk me thru fixing the ac to save me a service call. Not being able to fix it they had to come to the house . Showed up on time , went and got what we needed to fix the problem and had it fixed In no time !!

Over the summer my AC was having trouble and I was told it needed to be replaced by a different company, I decided to wait because winter was around the corner. Winter comes and furnace starts having trouble. I found Ace just by googling, and couldn't be happier that I did. Not only where they able to come out on a Sunday later at night to make sure we had heat overnight, their overall quote was much cheaper than others. In the summer I got a few quotes for just AC and Furnace, Ace quoted me for a more efficient Furnace, AC, water heater, and humidifier and were still cheaper than others. They were able to get me up and running within the next week and made the process very smooth. I can't recommend them enough!

I was very pleased with my experience with ace mechanical. I called this morning and within three hours the technician was at my house. Thankfully it was a quick fix and he even taught me how to clear out the hose in case I have problems in the future. (Before I call them again!) The prices are very reasonable (considering all of the Rip off big dogs we have in town) and I will be using ace again in the future for my HVAC needs. Thank you!

When my central it was 90 plus on Sunday. John was called on Sunday evening and he was here on Monday. He had my air back on in a short while. Not only did he fix the air, John and Josh also made certain that everything else was okay and checked the filters to make certian that they did not need changed. Could not have asked for better service.

Our central air went out last night. He was here 1st thing this morning and he has it completely fixed and running again. We own a bi level that has 4 levels to it and the air conditioner that when out cools 3 of those 4 levels. Most local companies will not work on weekends and when they do the fee is incredibly high. I am so thankful that I get this company and that they responded so quickly. Last night I was burning up and heating up. I am feeling cool, calm and collected now. Thanks for an awesome job done on a Saturday morning! ******** I had the add a few more stars because they only allowed me to choose 5!

I came home to a very loud sounding furnace and recalled hearing their commercial on the radio that morning on my way to work. Saw the other reviews and decided I would give them a shot. Marvin was already at a house in the area and was able to stop by within a couple of hours. The receptionist was wonderful at keeping me up to date with when he was on his way. He only had to turn the furnace on for a few seconds and off it went so I knew he knew immediately what the issue was. After a part was ordered (slightly older furnace so it wasn't in town) and arrived, Marvin came when I was able to be off of work and fixed it in less than 30 mins! He was wonderful - prompt, capable, and effective! I will be needing a new furnace and air unit soon and I had already gotten a quote from them before Marvin had left on his first visit. After the great service this go round, I know who I will be getting them from!
