AC stopped working. Called on a Saturday. A very nice person told me that Jacob was on call and she would have him call me. Jacob called, got the information, told me he'd be over in 40 minutes which he was. Jacob was very nice and professional. Found our issue and fixed our AC. I would recommend this business to everyone. Thank goodness we still have a honest good quality business around during an emergency.

Once again Tri State came through for me. This time with my A/C. Came out same day and fixed it quickly. The most honest contractor I've ever come across hands down. Also the most skilled and knowledgeable HVAC people I've ever seen. 2 other companies had no clue how to fix my furnace and wanted to charge thousands for a new unit. Tri State was able to fix my furnace because they knew what they were doing and it ended up only costing me for the service call. I will only give my business to this company.

Tri State is simply the best! After reaching out to a few companies, Amanda Poling came out to visit my home. Not only was she very professional and knowledgable, but she was not pushing for the sale, but explaining everything to me and the entire process. As a real estate agent myself, I appreciated the time she spent explaining and not "selling". Needless to say, she communicated after hours and even set up my appointment for me on her weekend! Simply the best!

These guys are real professional's. We had a furnace go out at midnight, and they came the next day to install new unit. Ok folks, if you have ANY Heating and Cooling needs, you need to call Amanda Poling and go to Tri State Heating & Cooling Another company, who shall remain nameless tried to a sell us a new furnace not 6 minutes after coming in the house vs. trying to fix our issue and then, when we said that we wanted a fix vs. a new furnace tried to charge us over $1200 for 2 parts and labor.
I contacted Amanda, got an appointment with an awesome tech for the next business day and he diagnosed the issue as quickly as the other folks tried to sell us a new furnace. We did not need a new furnace, we did not even need the two parts the first company told us, we just had too much dust in it from the floor work! He cleaned it out, lit the pilot and literally within 10 minutes of coming in the house, the furnace was up and running. It is the difference between an honest professional with integrity and someone just trying to sell you something at all costs. #gowithtristateheatingandcooling #wewill

I am extremely impressed with Tri-State's affordability, quality of work, and responsiveness. We have used them several times, at several different properties, and they never fail to impress me with their work. Most recently, I had an AC unit go out at one of my Airbnb properties. They were there within an hour and had it up and running like new in no time! The best part? It didn't cost me an arm and a leg for emergency service on a Sunday night! I highly recommend!

Tri-State Heating and Cooling keeps my home furnace and air conditioner serviced and in great working order. When I had trouble with a commercial heater at our commercial building, I called Tri-State and our space is so much warmer after the replacement of a gas valve. So happy with the results. I needed a new AC unit installed and everyone recommended tri state! Amanda P. was so helpful, thorough and honest. Thought I waited a week for my system to get installed, she let me use one of their portable AC units! Lifesaver! The whole crew was clean and professional. Sheets were laid to protect my floors and masks were all worn which I really appreciate the effort. They came in and installed with no problems and barely any noise made. I'd recommend them again and again! Thanks tri state!

We called Tri-State Heating & Cooling to look at a tricky job to install a new ductless mini split system in our home in Madisonville. They were very easy to schedule an appointment with and had good upfront customer service. Once the representative for the company arrived, he was very professional and followed CDC guidance for precaution during this pandemic.
He also had shoe covers which is a nice touch. The rep was very thorough in looking at all options and angles to see how they could make our request work. Along the way, as I had questions, he answered them in a way that wasn't off putting or made me feel incompetent. After the visit, the rep followed up and mentioned they contacted their installer to get more input on the job. Going the extra mile here to get a second opinion was impressive.
In the end, the rep was up front and honest that the ductless mini split would not be a good option due to the high cost to install and potentially unaesthetic appearance of the finished job due to the complexity. They recommend a much cheaper solution that we can do on our own. Even though we didn't go with Tri-State for this job, I would highly recommend giving them a call for any of your heating or cooling needs.
